Game has been down now for 9 days. Developers ignore all emails and messages except 1 post on their superstars feedback where they said they were working on the issues. I think it's clear they are not. In the time this game has been down their other one has had 3 or 4 updates. I think that game is their full time job and this one has been discarded. Disappointing for those of us who have paid for Musketeers subscriptions, they have taken our money and offer nothing in return. Just let us know!!
I have been playing this game since last 4 years. I have sent an email to you on 6 July regarding my problem but haven't received any reply from you. If you are really interested in solving my problem please respond otherwise it will be clear that you guys have no intention in helping your old players and I should delete this game. Please don't send me automated response which I have received earlier also. Kindly resolve my issue so that I can enjoy this game like I used to in the past. Thanks.
It is the world worst cricket game. Whenever I try to open it it got hanged. It was so disgusting. Please fix this issue. I have Android version 9. If it is resolved then I will give the game 5 stars.now I can't open the game only Please enable me to open the game. I reinstalled it. But it's not working
It is a great game but there is a bug which is currently going on with division 8 and 9 teams. My team is in div 9 but since last 15 days i m not getting promotion despite of reaching in top 2 positions. The league games have stopped since last 15 days. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
Don't know what happened to this app suddenly. Not at all opening. I am a Hitwicket user for around 8 years. I recently updated UI in my mobile and since then app is not working proper. Not even opening. Please look into this on priority as I might miss one training session.
from more than 1 year this game is not opening neither in desktop version nor in mobile version. I am a user since 2014 and was inactive from some time, but some days before i came back to play and saw that it's not opening at all. Please have a look at this problem, solve the issues and the bugs as thus far this is the best cricket management game i have seen
It was working amazingly and I was leading in my league with competition at its peak but everything, my entire progress of the season went in vein last few days because of some bug that won't let the game load beyond 99%. Request the developers to fix it ASAP.
This game is interesting with lots to analyse but there are errors occurring nowadays. 1. Sometimes league matches are not occurring which leads to loss of victory kits, training sessions and other rewards. Also the app gets stuck sometimes.
I love managing my team.. some matches are breathtaking... I believe there are many manager who are too good in making there team and doveloping it in their own way.. I love these type of statistical game But I would like one improvement the players statistics should not be confined to only one season... Every season or every match score should be added and shown in squad.. then people like me would like more and more....
Developers, I had played this game earlier but this time when I again started playing this game in my new phone(iOS device) it has lots of issues in it. I don't know whether the features are lacking in iOS but the issues are like I am unable to set a line up for quick play game, & it sets it's own line up and because of which I always loose I am unable to watch live match of my own team I was an addict towards this game but I had never thought that I would be writing this. Work on it ASAP please
Hi, I am playing hit wicket game for past 4 years, it is a good game. It is used to improve your decision skills, but now I am facing some issue in auction list. I can't able to bid batsmenin auction list . I can able to bid only for blowers shall u clear these issue.
Alot of bug, Achievements not getting updated, Team logo not getting changed, Tournament cover not getting uploaded, scout Jersey not getting updated. Tried reaching Developers but no response from any. Bought Musketeer Pack but it seems waste now, as the bugs aren't allowing me to avail the befits of it. The developers are actively replying on the other application's review they have under the same brand, bit on this, or over email no response. Appreciated if any would reach back to me.
F5 matches are now very quick in fast forward it was not interesting to see, and regular matches are structing can't able to see live as previously hitwicket is awesome, but what happened now to hitwicket . For live matches score board and running live was strucking and blank no moment. Check this issue and update
Very disappointed with the devs. Used to love this game and spent a fair amount of money over the past few years, but the devs abandoned this game when they launched a newer game. There are so many bugs in this game for over a year now, and the app doesn't work half the time. But they still have purchases enabled for any unsuspecting soul who may buy the premium features. Google should blacklist such money minded developers.
My League match is completed more than 3 weeks & I have finished 1st in it. Still I have not been promoted to upper level. No season break has happened kindly update the issue or users have to uninstall the game.
Always losing in quick match with even the teams who has below rank then me.... Also the game is always getting stuck at 99% and then have to close the app and then at the third attempt it starts
I have re logged in since long time, thanks for that, but not able to join leagues, it is showing only button saying Join League, after clicking on it nothing happening, plz help on urgent basis
From last two week the application is taking longer duration of time and it's difficult to watch live matches or complete any quest. I'm done with this I complained you all but no response was there from your end. Still I'm unable to watch live match
Bring back the old game. IMO, it was much better and reasonable. It's become more pay to win, which is ridiculous for a game with such limited graphics and gameplay.
I don't know why my team lose against even in small teams in quick play match. In quick play match the last ball runs is calculated max times. Now the session matches are not hosted. Sometimes the gym points is not taken for the players.. I can't challenge 100coin bet matches against any team.only no hitcoins matches is challengeable.. totally bugs = Hitwicket ..
I have a problem. I can't see live matches. The screen stucks at green and the match doesn't open. Please fix it immediately. I will give a 5 star rating once the problem is fixed.
I had a break of almost one year and when i came back and tried to log in they are coming up with an error where there is an option of join league and i clicked on the join league, then it's coming on the same page. Please help me to recover my old account. I mailed your official id and again i tried to contact the officials through the app still there is no response from your side. Is there anyone who can help me to recover my old account?
Good concept but the app has lot of bugs which needs to rectified asap. I was ranked 2nd in my league and in playoff, i won all the matches still i got runner up trophy and reward
No response what so ever from developers. Last six months no update.. I have spent at least 4000 RS on this game and this is not how people who are paying to play need to be treated... No response.. too many bugs... Matches are stuck and players have been taken for granted.. atleast have the basic courtesy to respond.. and by the way.. we are aware that hitwicket superstars are getting regular updates, so the team is working but not bothered about us.
If only there was a game which didn't fulfill its potential it will be hitwicket. By far the best idea in a game and was extremely well implemented by 2018. But then it just got worse with few decisions like personal coach cards and musky features. I hope devs will read this review. A very sincere user who wants the game to succeed
