It can be better. Vague app. It doesnt even make it exciting to have the watch. Boring dial wallpapers. Its boring to have the hiwatch with an app that doesnt have an exciting user experience.
Can't connect. When i press "connect the device" the bluetooth name doesn't show up. My bluetooth's on, and "WATCH 7" is there, but it isn't on the app. If i also try to connect with just settings, it just keeps on saying "an app is needed to use this device." when i press that one.
thus app is so bad there is a lot of problems with enything about the dial setting and you can't even send feedback in the app you have to go to the Google play to send eny feedback . dial setting us the most important function in this app so can you guys fix the problems with it
I bought the Watch & Charged it which took like 3 hours then the Battery ran down in like 6 hours! I Purchased it from a Company called Med-Watch! I immediately sent them a Email Requesting a Refund! Return Window is 2 weeks! I requested a refund within 3 days of receiving the Watch! They replied asking for a Video Describing the Issue! You can't send more than a 6 second Video! They won't refund me! & Now they have Blocked me! Who wants a watch that needs Charging every 6 hours! Not any Good!
I can't change the wallpaper I click on dial settings it say loading and then it says some errors there is and i want to change my wallpaper But its only the bug pls fix it i want to change the wallpaper. Anyways that app i like it so much pls fix it as you can
Just bought the watch. Downloaded this app. Tried to connect at least a dozen times with consistent errors saying the app has a bug and to please contact developer. What good is a smart watch if it can't be connected to your smart phone. I will update this rating when the bug gets fixed. I can't even get the watch into my language to figure anything out.
Confusing interface. Unoptimised app. Barely functional for my watch to sync with my phone. Atleast eventually able to connect.
Battery back up is very very low... This watch is useless.. Recement not to buy it. Also app not connected to play store while scanning QR code.
I am not able to login through my facebook account. And mail id is also not accepted as well. Error poping up . Each time I try to log in
Nonsense App Doesn't work well. please solve it .. WatchFace changing speed is very very slow. sometime this app is not open the menu off watchface
No updates of watch faces... Pointer nor digital... No options to keep dd-mm-yy very basic and watch faces are just below kid level...
Why is the app keeps on connecting and disconnecting? Battery can only last half a day(12 hours only)! The display suppose to lit up, but didn't, when I lift my hand, after I have activated the Raise LCD on! How come you aren't doing anything about the connecting and disconnecting problem, despite everyone is having this problem? Very frustrating!!
App should develop more we don't have an option to put our image or any image as wallpaper which we like to put soo please give that option to us update it .
I made a embarrassing negative review of the app an they somehow removed it. Smh.... I juss wanna fn change the damn horrible ugly Screensaver from scrolling faces .... that's not too much to ask for...app isn't that bad. .watch is alright as I'm easy to satisfy and I don't ask for alot from smart watches like some people...there's definitely a major area for improvement on all aspects of the app
This app is good to connect but there are not to many watch faces. There should be more faces of different style , pattern,and other than pointer and digital dials .
The app does not function. It does not connect to the watch and when you do happen to get it to work it takes numerous attempts and you have to continually uninstall n install for it to work. Wouldn't recommend buying any watch that uses this app. ZERO RATING
Need more dial setting / watch faces which shows at least steps and battery status. Current watch faces which can be customised only show time and date. Also, the steps on watch doesn't always sync with app on phone.
Need New face watches please update them also, very limited faces are there. Need to improve. After this update, this is also dissapointing. Please update to New & latest faces for watc8
More helpful for me because i connected my smart watch t500+ in fitpro,mactive,m2wear there was not working but i connected one time in the hiwatch app its working,so amazing 😁
It's a great app for what it is. It is definitely not an apple watch but if you aren't expecting apple performance it is alright for the money. The biggest problem I have with it is that I can't seem to get text notifications to work.
The app is very good overall, But since the last update which came out a few days ago. I cannot set a wallpaper from the gallery, exactly how others are defining it. But another thing now it stoped buffering and selects a pic, but then before it's starts downloading(that 1 out of something) it loads and then goes to the choose dial tab and that page goes blank and then if you press back the app crashes. This used to work fine in the previous update. Pls fix this, I need to put a pic.
Very bad Not display intha contact name and not sync in all contacts in phone book in this watch so sad 😭 and very very bad so plz rectifying tha app content plz verify the issue inthe yy sync in all contacts in the watch plz rectifying only some contacts are sync all contacts not sync so resolve and lunch tha new version to sync all contacts in the phone and watch same to same contacts plz understand my problem in the app developer plz rectifying the issue plz
Not able to login. Is is not a customer friendly app. It's similar to s duplicate china app. After connecting to this app my phone start to become hang spped of my phone is also reduced i dident seen a stupid app like this.... The watch is also a dummy thing very waste product and app i ever seen
The app is good but it has no option on " always on" display. The variation of dial to choose are nice however I cant define o customized some dial options.
The interface is very well laid out and intuitive. I really like the app. My only issue is that it is not bringing in the sleep data. Everything else seems to be working well. I am using the GTS watch and would like to know if there is either a fix ir a workaround for this one issue? It tries to sync as indicated by the spinning circle, but does not pull in the data... UPDATE: after resetting the watch and reinstalling the program from the ground up it seems to pull in all the data properly.
Basic smartwatch app. You are able to choose different watch faces, however the digital selection is very disappointing. The only choice is to have the time (which is a small font) appear in a different corner of the face. It does not take advantage of the rest of the screen. Font should be larger and add option to be centered on the screen. With all the talent it takes to write this program, this app falls short in ease of use and features.
The app works well with the watch... But pls update the watch faces... Just too boring.
It was working quite well until yesterday. After trying to connect the smart watch, the application showed crazy results of my performance. Impossible to fix the number of steps. Then, I decided to log out but now the application neither recognizes the password nor sends a message to restore it. I wouldn't like to uninstall the app for fixing the problem because I will lose all my records.
