Very convenient, except few times when it won't open, otherwise it's a great app.
Roll this back to the last version until you get it fixed! The last update has been nothing but issues. Normally I can reinstall and fix but today I've done it 3 times with no success. I'm left having to drive 2hrs round trip to make a deposit! If they can't fix this I'll be moving my business to a local bank. Sad because I've been a member for 20+ years.
I love it! Except... Since the most recent update, whenever I sign into my account it makes me send a one-time code to my phone to validate my account. I appreciate the attention to security but it's excessive. It asks me if I would like to "validate this device' and I press the Yes option every time, but it never actually validates my device and accepts it as mine so I don't have to use the one-time code. It's just become troublesome. Ive tried the troubleshooting advice given and its still bad

Happy with the cu but the app seems to be a little behind in terms of ease and technology. I'm overall happy with them though. Post review... In retrospect, after all the startup(new customer) issues, the app is pretty simple and easy to use. Recommend
App works great! Starts up and logs in quick. The constant banner warnings and reminders are a bit annoying and there no way to disable the banners. But they don't affect the functionality at all.
I loved this app and its convenience but ever since the update I have not been able to log in. I have to always uninstall and reinstall the app almost every time I want to use it. I can only log in once before it just gets stuck in a loading phase.
Great mobile banking app with mobile deposit. This app works almost flawlessly for me every time I use it. I can check my balances, transfer funds between accounts and other members, pay my credit card, and watch my loan balance get lower every month.
They fix it when it's broken, the UI is clean. I love my credit union. The only criticism I have is minor. I wish that when I clicked the box for my member number it would pull up the 10-key pad vs text. Love you guys. Keep being awesome.
It executes all functions accurately but it needs better work on the graphical user interface on the old version. However, the updated version has solved all this. It's a very good app.
App suffers from an inability to log in every once in a while. Force stopping and clearing the cache usually fix it, otherwise just reinstall. Other than that never had a problem!
Load time from the sign in occasionally takes a minute but generally takes seconds. Could depend on your signal. Interface is user friendly. Online banking is easier with the update.
Great mobile banking app, and easy to operate.
This app worked for a week then hasn't let me log in for months. i keep trying after updates but its still an unknown error occurred. Using the website is also far easier even when the app was working.
The app crashes and has to reload or for some reason switching from a iPhone to android the finger print login did not work so well for me. Other then that app is useful when needed.
Banking made easy, simple and secured. So safe . I just love Hiway! All transfers in the app. I love it.
Love the simplicity and functionality Hiways app uses, not like other apps who always try to make their UI attractive and flashy. This app is here to serve its purpose, mobile banking. Keep up the great work and stay simple!
To everyone who had issues since last update, uninstall and reinstall. I was having the same issues and they fixed it for me... Good app other than the mention issues lately.
Pretty good app with decent functionality. Sometimes the finger or pin setup is wonky and gets forgotten but otherwise works 99% of the time.

I cannot find my member number anywhere on this app.
Used to like this app, until it started to get stuck on the loading screen. I shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall this app everytime to log in. It's a waste of time. Please fix this issue and then it's certainly back to a 5 star app.
Very functional, never crashes. I can do everything on it I would do on Hiway's website. Especially nice because I live out of state.
The old app is much better than the update one. There should be a choice for user to choose between update or stick to the old one. I can't even update it. I tried to uninstall and install it back but I have no luck.
Good app. Can do everything I need to with it. The only issue is that the fingerprint feature stops working every time my phone updates.
I often check my acc after doing purchases. After the last update, the app seems to take 24 hours to actually show me my real balance.
