HK Express

This app was great but now every time I put in my name and flight ref is just flashes and nothing else. Can't retrieve my flight info and can link my profile to flights so completely pointless. Deleted until they find a fix. I fly HK Express because of the convenience of on line check in through the app and all the other flight info it is good for... Now I will look more closely at other airlines

The developers of this app seem to be very creative people. I just wanted to show my boarding pass at the airport, but the app prompted for an update, sadly I wasn't able to show the boarding pass without the update so I had to go to the check in counter and get a printed boarding pass. What was the purpose of this app again?

I tried to check in through the app but the app would direct me back to the first page after I chose a seat, prompting me to reenter my travel information. They ended up separating my friend and I who booked together. Would br convenient if they could fix this bug.

Serious problem occured with the latest update, lost all flight, unable to check in and no boarding pass. Is seriously urgent considering we cannot go into the airport without the pass.

Buggy as hell. When you try to check-in, it either shows "unexpected error" or saves your nationality incorrectly. I guess I'll just do it at the counters...

Unable to check-in and get boarding QR code, it used to work in June when I last fly. Now after imputing my surname and confirmation code, it just blink and nothing shows up.

It does not work at all. The first thing I did was to online checkin. Entered ref number and surname, nothing happened.

solution for "unexpected error": go reselect your option (luggage, sport equipment, seat) on the page, then it works! crazy app

The flight did not reflect correct information. After airline changed my schedule. How can I check in correctly with wrong flight time?

Can't do any search after this update, please fix it or just go back to the old App on Android.

App works alright, but HK express service is hell. System is a mess, very bad communication with customers. Very bad management. If you arent on a budget, don't even consider this airline.. Soo bad.. aweful experience

Probably one of the best Airline Apps I've used. It's a proper native app that looks and feels great. It's kept simple and does what it's supposed to do. I particularly appreciate the mobile boarding pass and that it doesn't require any kind of login.

By LG G6. After selected dest. , Date, everything, it keeps pop up 'an unexpected error has occurred and we're unable to continue, any changes made will be lost.', I even tried uninstall and reinstall this,but still encountered this problem.

Does not allow retrieving of boarding passes without an internet connection after you've checked in.
