Too crowded advertising. The 2Gbps upgrade is not a full network speed but rather only on WiFi's ideal throughput or hardware and gadgets performance. Can't take advantage of the speed upgrade for online gaming. Hopefully, they can correct this to a true fiber network upgrade.
Highly unusable app. Still struggling to see where can I open the full bill statement. Need this basic option upfront rather than hiding somewhere where user cant see. Stop telling us to refer it to others by giving vouchers if we can't even find my bill easily.

Too many and too frequent forced updates before you can use the app. Which essentially means each time I want to use the app, I need to update it again. Very annoying.
Why it is so difficult to Login?? You're asking Account Number and name to input, I gave the right one. Always "the input is incorrect please try again" What?! I don't understand why they keep the complicated ways. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
After updating the app, it keeps pop up username incorrect. If I login with fingerprint, it fails again. For now, only manually input username and password is ok. Why such simple login function would have a bug? No QA?
Update the old app did not work. Therfore, I tried clean installing it using Playstore. It showed the logon screen once then closed itself as soon as I pressed the Logon button. Did their guys test this app prior put on shelf?
Forced update happens too frequently. Waste of time downloading the app again and again... Didn't see there's any notably improvement even with the update.
Bad. Many bugs after added QR code payment in new version. You need to store a credit card before you can get to the credit card payment page. ChiNa domination????

I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH MY INTERNET DATA ON THE PHONE. THE PEOPLE WHO COMPLAINT HAVE NO SATISFACTION BUT VERY CHEAP. YOU THINK OTHER NETWORK IS BETTER? WHY DON'T YOU USED PRE PAID SIM CARD INSTEAD. HKBN IS WAY BETTER THAN THE OTHER NETWORK FOR EXPERIENCE ON OTHER NETWORK.
Was working before update, now it keeps asking me to update whenever I load the app, update banner popped up and the main page is dimmed, can't do anything!
Never saves password, forces in-app updates which just leads to crashes. One star review is being too kind. Garbage app.
Hate this app! It always changes and updates new things that are unnecessary! Damn get it right the first time and stop messing around! It is irritating!
It's stupid that I can only use the app when it's the latest version and you have no choice but to download it. Bad luck if you run out of data.
