All the route information is provided from "Hong Kong eTransport" website http://hketransport.gov.hk of Transport Department.
Features include: 1. one stop multi-modal public transport services route search function to provide list of route choices with stop information 2. input origin and destination by map, text, category, GPS and bookmark methods 3. walking distance to boarding and alighting stops 4. regular and overnight services route search 5. display of route choices in the order of the number of interchanges, fares, estimated journey time or preferred mode 6. display of origin and destination, boarding / alighting stops and transfer points on map 7. individual route, special services and nearby routes search 8. provide comprehensive real-time traffic information such as CCTV snapshots, information displayed on speed map panels, cross-harbour journey times and traffic speed map 9. storage of mostly used routes and locations for later retrieval

Edit: at this point the app can't even find an IKEA shop in the search anymore. --- It used to be simple and very straightforward, and I used it a lot. Now the app has become very confusing and not very user friendly. Unfortunately I have to say that the changes made me prefer using multiple alternative apps to find routes, rather than struggling to figure out the logic of this app.

I prefer the old version, which allowed placing a marker at an exact destination on the map (for instance, in front of a particular entrance of Victoria Park) to help planning a journey. It is extremely difficult to input the destination with the current version.
Please separate the notifications for the HK-Zhuhai-Macao bridge from the other road notifications. It is annoying to get notifications for the bridge all the time because of high winds. The vast majority of normal road users have no need to see notifications for the bridge 99.99% of the time.
Removed ability to search by street name and number. Persistent irrelevant add each time the app is launched. Difficult to press, extremely small buttons. Overall awful UX. Its got the most up to date information from transit providers in Hong Kong though.
The schedule and point to point route are not accurate. the app is always down and needs to force close and reopen. The app is not responding at all. It's worse than before the upgrade. All functions are now become totally useless.
I seldom rate any application but the user interface is so bad designed that it deserves to be said This is one of the worst applications I have ever seen The interface is NOT user friendly, neither intuitive, and in addition, when you manage to get to the information you need the time schedule ia not there!!! So what is the point of this app???
Crashed repeatedly after the July 31 "upgrade". If you open the App from a notification, and click "略過" on the first page, it crashes immediately. Developer should do better testing before releasing a new upgrade. Back to work!
Poor usability since it always show you the introductory nag screen, defeating the purpose of opening notifications (ie. clicking on notification will show nag screen instead of notification details) even when opting for "do not show again".
Too much nonsense and useless pop-ups during start up
Users have no control over any settings, interface is dumb and slow, traffic info popping out 24/7 no matter if the app is on or not! Very disturbing!
No more notification after updated, missed all information.
Crashes every time I search for a route - so it's completely useless. The developers might be so pleased with themselves for adding personalised features but they've screwed up the core app.
The number of pop ups Everytime you shift into the app regardless of the action, is just plain ridiculous , even the most greedy corporates know this is unacceptable. You made its usability literally a pain, regardless of the intention to centralize the transportation information in HK. Definitely not recommended , especially with Carrie's incompetent governance.
an utter disappointment. much worse to use than the older version. completely not user-friendly, not to mention it's full of bugs.
It's a bit less you user-friendly than I expected, but it gives the best transportation options in Hong Kong - it shows buses that Google Maps don't.
So many bugs. Keep popups even if you clicked "do not show again". Often show you info from a different route.

issue is not resolved even after update. scrolling is difficult, and unable to open the menu. the issue has been around for some time! 咁樣香港點出發？
Hopeless app from Hong Kong SAR Government. The recent version is totally unstable and close automatically when searching routes.
This is total rubbish. Doesn't work at all ! Keeps forcing you to the 高鐵 web page or shut down the app. HK is de-mobilized by this "High Speed Rail" !! Very Very upset.
Does the job but poor user interface and usability. Another government app made by the cheapest bidder. Saved a lot of money to produce a poor quality app.
the app is useful, but it keeps stopping and doesnt open at all. just installed 30 mins ago and now it doesnt open
Very slow response after update and the menu on the left hand side never shows when clicking on the menu button.
HKeMobility keeps stopping after this update. Please kindly help to fix this issue. Many thanks.
