wants to acces your entire phone data, your contacts, your messages, your photos, everything. this app shouldn't be on the play store, it does not follow privacy law because if you deny acces it refuses to open the app.
This app has never shown badges. You never know whether you have successfully registered or not until you get to HK. And you have to type all your information at the entrance again!
Anderson Joel after registering i can't do anything with it, it is showing update and there is nothing to update. After deleting and installing, it is the still the same
A very genuine app. I've used the app and also visited the fairs in Hong Kong, this can help you connect to many good suppliers.
It crashed! Lost all previous informatIon! This app have no failed safe mechanism that help at least keep safe user data and user saved information!
on certain phones, it failed to increase screen brightness though permissions requested by app granted, causing a very low successful decoding rate in e-badge scanning at entrance for tradeshow admission
not cool to need to give right to record and take video to use the app..you are in business world! everything is trade secrets!
Not working on Android, tried multiple devices, same message, failed to access book store index file, emailed developer, will update review if resolved
This is utterly unacceptable. It enforces access to the photos etc. You cant even open app if otherwise.
Why does the app need access to camera, contacts, files, photographs and the ability to make phone calls?
why this app need access to contact, make phone calls, access photo or take photos, it can open until you give all thes permission.
I can't open it after installing. Even after removing and installing it again, still does work
invade my privacy as required to access my phone files, make phone call and record my audio and video in order to open th app so uninstalled the app
The mobile app was working fine till today morning. Suddenly from evening onwards showing to login but unable to login.
This app requires full permission to access everything on your phone!!! Not cool, not necessary in business world... 😡

When post enquiry, then chat with one of replied supplier to the enquiry, the reply go to all listed suppliers, not to a specific one as in alibaba,
Buggy app. Ebadge is tagged to device and not account.

it has crashed multiple times in 15 mins.
it crashed and access all the data in the phone which is not necessary according to their function they claimed. The app itself cannot work at all. wasted 2 hours and failure at all. BTW, HKTDC didn't answer any comments below related to privacy issue.
