Not knowing why, yet, it's quite often that everything would get worse by following those so-called updates with some unnecessary changes (not only this one, but also others eg. Samsung).
Very annoying app with more and more pop ups and ads and live videos and all sort of annoying features to slow down your phone and shopping experience.
User friendly. Fit my living style. The delivery team makes the whole shopping experience wonderful to shoppers.
Great online store for finding great value products in Hong Kong. Electricals to groceries and everything in-between. A bit annoying with the ads and promotions but save me time and money so good all around.
The app is OK for purchases other than HKTV Express. Got an error message after successful payment only to learn after 1+min that my order was pending acceptance by restaurant. Food was picked up at 1847 hrs but only delivered at 1929 hrs. The burgers were lukewarm and the chips cold. Forget it and say no more.
There are so many annoying information on the page like advertising and that useless pop up video, we hate it, it is suggested to put the category on top to improve user's experience

Great online shopping, but the app regularly crashes. Right now I have a full shopping cart, but the app keeps hanging before checking out...
Wide variety for online shopping, but it is very slow and often crashes. I also failed to reset password via email
Since updating the app last December I wasnt able to purchase anymore because I cannot enter checkout page, it either keeps crashing, p error page or refresh page. Can someone help here?
The pop up video can't be more annoying, keep showing up after close. Really discouraging.
Everything seems great except for the pop up videos
It's convenient when it works. But they don't have any customer service, it's extremely difficult to seek help if something goes wrong with your order. the user experience of app is terrible, you can't find anything when you need it. Their delivery delays (the worst was one day) or the delivery guy call you 5+ times before the actual delivery, as if I'm working their delivery.... They also do unnecessary packaging, it wastes too much plastic at each order.
The app always crashes. Have repeated the payment procedure twice... Forced to give up to shop from somewhere else.
I really hate the app stopping me 5 seconds to show Ad before letting me in home screen. I'm your gold VIP customer, why are you forcing me to see your rubbish Ad !!!
Shopping cart either loads slow or keeps crashing!! A few days ago, total cart amount doubled while number of items remained correct. Pls move product-review button back to page top, it's really annoying having to scroll to page bottom to check review. Pls also improve cart function, and allow users to select ❝buy later❞ ❝move to list❞ collectively. Pls also enforce sellers to list where their products are made. Frustrating shopping experience!
(1) Quite a few shops leave out ❝country of origin❞ of products, which is annoying, and should not be allowed by HKTVMall. (2) i prefer to have an option in the cart for choosing items to be ❝save for later❞ so that i can buy them another time, instead of having to browse my lists. (3) items previously saved in my various lists had disappeared after a while. This is very disappointing and not user friendly at all.
Quite frequently sudden closing of the app while browsing goods, at check out, checking favourite listing etc. Also each time adding/deleting a product to cart there is a few second refresh, which is very slow and annoying. There is no search for similar product (like whats in Taobao), which is a lot more convenient during shopping.
Crashing non-stop. You won't even be able to finish browsing one category of items - it suddenly closes. When you want to add an item, it crashes. When you go check out, it crashes again. Most annoying app - have given up using it.
I've been using this app for years, and never had a problem. Now however, I got the wrong item. I bought something worth 599, but I got a cheaper and smaller version of the chest of drawers. They refuse to even give half a refund if I'm keeping it. Instead, they close my case. Their customer service is a joke and filled with incompetent people with irrational policies. Won't be using this app ever again. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
Too many ads, slowing down the whole app
Anymore forced advertisements while I'm browsing, I'll just stop shopping with you altogether.
Easiest shopping platform ever
I am a paying customer to your site. Why are you spamming me with ads (and now with a forced 5 secs countdown) and live videos. The X to close your pop up ads are also deliberately designed to make you click on the ad.
This is apps cool but they don't have refund policy. I made a purchase of 250. I forget to pick my parcel from the locker. I was expecting a extra locker charge or somewhere I could pick up from. As they have HKTV mall store (I don't know what they do) all over hk. They returned the product to merchant without refund and telling me I cannot get the product and refund. I can clearly see they are trying to protect the merchant but what about consumer.
Isnt working always freezing! Annoying!
Stuck at the ad screen when opening apps
I downloaded the app in October when I went to your shop to buy something. I was told I have to have the app and also pay with Octopus. But now I can't open the app anymore, although I have not changed anything on my phone. I still get your promotion news popping up all the time but am not allow to use the app. what's going on? please help.
The ads (videos) take up half the screen, and you can't close them which make it impossible to navigate in the app.
