I am new user and found the app to be clunky and slow to update transactions. It doesnt retain user data, despite uploading the Phone number and Bill for verification, despite doing so wayy before the Holiday break. And today, after doing my policy payment, the system doesnt record it (yeah, it is a Saturday/weekend) but at least update the figures and due dates. So, I uninstalled, and doing all the things over again. Still disappointing.
Terrible app. Difficult to set up then after set up keep saying wrong password and then account locked. Whoever design this app should be fired immediately!
Basically just use this app once a year to download statement. One major thing need to change, why all statement file name the same? All 2021 statement are called AS_2021.pdf when download, duh How do I tell which statement I had previously downloaded?
I used to simply checked online on your webpage. Now I can't see anything so I downloaded the apps as advised. Still cannot see anything. The app just wouldn't open and wouldn't work. Nothing work. I can't register. I can't try to register. Nothing. I have money with your company that I wanted to check periodically to makesure it safe. FIX THIS!!!
This app is funny, it takes user to upload documents in order to verify their phone number
Hi, there is some issue with this app. When try to open this app there is message saying to update new version however in apps store there is no update. As a result of this I can't open the app! I have tried to uninstall and install but it doesn't help. Pls take a look. Thanks!
Hi, I'm unable to open this app at all! Even I have tried to reinstall the app, shut down or restart my phone. The app just went black and close itself once I click it. If I try to open several time, it tells me to clear my history but still, the problem persists. Please fix this issue.
One of the worst banking apps ever! Been trying to pay my policy for two months but keep getting errors because connection time out! And no my internet connection is fine because I tried paying other bills from other banks and I don't face such problems!
Wow, description mentions that it can be accessed at anytime and anywhere. But it can't be opened for many months.
This is one beyond inferior app. Couldn't access my statement. They asked me to uninstall & reinstall. Reason given, there may be updates done to the app. There's such thing as force app update. You don't have to uninstall to update. And when there's no update you won't get to update anything, so uninstalling & reinstalling will do nothing for you except wasting a few minutes of your life.

The app works fine in first few days post installation. However, today when I trying to login again, it keeps on auto exit. The team really need to resolve this issue soonest to avoid the lose of customers.
After install the Apps, once rch the Verify, and allow the camera and file to be accessed by Apps, i cant open the camera to take photo nor upload the file from the captured photo. Gave msg " Error has occured". Install & reinstall problem still same.
Limited access using app, most of the important things can only access through website

After the recent update, it signed out from my account. I tried to login but after key in password the app just crashed. Please fix it!
Useless app, try to click in but it keeps exit from the app. I saw many users have lodged complain here but always the stardard answer they give to ask user to send the complaints again via email. I wonder if we didn't send in the complaints by email, does it mean that the technical support team will not take any action base in the complain lodged here? Is it HLA support team will ignore everyone's complaints that lodged here?
Awful and very unstable apps. Always giving problem. Looks cheap and always breakdown. Can't even access details as normal. Always hanging.
Alright, I got my issue solved by myself finally. Has been 2 weeks no action from HLA. For the rest user, if you are using samsung fold, you can only use the app from the outer screen. HLA probably didn't think of duo screen devices user
Make payment twice and both payment successful, money deducted from card. Informed system will update within 2 working days, already been a week and inside the app still showing no transactions.
Been trying to look at the policy detail but all details are empty. There were some details previously but now I can't see any. Even after verification is done.
It says the app not running on unsecured devices. The only app not able to run on my phone. Useless.
Consider adding confirmation before user uploading document for proof.. Or maybe allow user to change instead of pending until rejected.. Every accidentally tap need to wait three working days to be able to reuploaded.
The apps totally can't function well. Key in 10times my username also can't log in. Not user friendly at all. Wasting time
Cannot login. What the point of asking people to use their app. Totally useless. Their IT dept should really start doing work.
Forces you to change the password if you forget, but does not allow you to change the password despite trying a few times.
I have tried to pay insurance but the account cannot be found. Don't know how to contact. Try to login but keep getting error invalid captcha.
The apps is as good as useless. Can't log in and the password itself is giving you so much problem. Everything you tried is as good as useless and reminding you to have mixtures of character!!!
