Now it is showing update available banner without a close/cancel button. The thing is, the app is up to date in phone. I can't close the banner and use the app. If I clicked on the Update button, it opens PlayStore which shows no update. Thank you developers for the new bugs. We got bored with old ones.

It's very bad apps. After 100% process completed it's not open fully and also after some time it's hang . So I humble request to it's organised person please look all this failure and work on this issue. I hope you understand my concern and focus on this issue immediately. Thanks!

This app is unresponsive. I've uninstalled and trying to login again and still I cannot go past the first screen. It's written 100% complete but still it doesn't go forward. I've to pay my emi and if this is the case and I cannot pay it and if they add extra interest charge to it then why should I pay it.

Pathetic application!!! I'm Not able get OTP? Even when I'm clicking on the "trouble logging in" button and filling all the details and i tried to submit it. It's showing "try again" Really frustrating with your application and your service which you aren't providing anymore and you don't bothering for this?

Worst experience with this finance. I completed all installment still they are taking extra two installments and still account not closed even i have sent so many mails contacted office so may things i have done still account is open due to this cibil score went down. I would say don't take any loan from this.

App was not working. It's not showing my loan details, repayment schedule, statement anything it's not showing. It's very very bad experience every time. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. No regular updates too.

The worst app ever. Most of the time it does not open. If by any chance if it opens, and you get otp for any operation, then feel it as you are the luckiest person in the world.. Not happy with the service also.. Thinking that I made a wrong choice...

Pathetic app i am so frustrated with this app it does not work at all. The foreclosure tab does not work also the NOC request is also not allowed. There customer support is always not reachable how can i get my NOC. Also the email id they provide to address the issue is useless they dont reply at all nor they pick the phone . I have also added my query in the app which is not yet been seen even. can you please let me know how to reach you to resolve my issue. I want to close the account.

it's really very bad experience it's can't move further after completing 100% it's loading only 100% than hang the screen nothing movment i try it uninstall 3 time and start agin but i have same issue...

worst app from one of the big company of india. i have been using since last 2 years after update the app is opened but my details are not showing.Even a customer support is extremely poor i have an issue with my loan account and the company didn't take any action towards it even no body receives call on "customer care". NOT RECOMMENDED FOR GETTING LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY. even sent mail to that mail id that you provided but no any reply from that also.

The experience of this company is very bad. Believing the words of the employees, after paying the advance installment, I went to great danger, now the loan is not closed and I have to pay a lot more installment. I have not been given NOC yet.

The worst application always crashes no web support and can't make payment sometimes it works and most of the time the application crashes and there is no other method to make the payment.

Very worst app and company I've ever seen in my life. No response from the app and as well as customer care. There email id does not exist. Customer care doesn't pick the call.

Many times doesn't work . U guys deleted my comment once saying clear cache and connect to internet. Do you really think One ould be able to rate yourbapp without internet also.

App is suspended at 100% loading and not moving forward. I've cleared cache, data and reinstalled it but still not working. I've issued my due balance of loan and its still not processed even after 5-6 working days and the app is showing its still due.

It is very chip application designed. I have already registered message showing in signup time. Actually I am new customer. My complaint registered on mail last week but no one is responding yet. I have pay my installment of june 2019 that time to till this is pending show. I complaints many time to company but no one action taken on this.

I have paid last payment but still it's not reflecting in my account and also regarding of this last payment 620rs I don't know how it's pending I have closed loan in 2018 & I never got single call\SMS from custemer care,that this amount is Continuesly bouncing and my credit score was down now. I am stuck for loan process, such Erresposible management is this ! I have mail on mail addres but getting error unavailable domain

I am facing problem regarding payment of my loan in bank. Therefore I used to use this app for payment of emi but now the app is not working I am facing problem for payment. So if it doesn't sort out don't ask me y the emi has not been deposited in time.

Very bad experience, App is not working properly. HLF customer service no. And their office staff not responding to call. Very bad service. Don't take any finance from this company. I was thinking to apply for another finance but now I have changed my mind. Worst service and worst people.

Pathetic app and dont get updated. We use to get the call after it has deducted from account. Does not work many functionality. And some time it does not work at all.

After the new update release, I have immediately update this app but afterwards, it's not working and keep asking for update your app. I can't even request for foreclosure. Only for making payment and checking status of payment this app is good. This new update sucks! I am unable to use this app after update downloaded.

After 100% completed The application will hang Not open for more than a month .... Every time I tried to open the application it would not open....

Very Pathetic and Poor service of this app. For last three days it is only showing 100% nothing else. This is not only my problem it's a common problem which 90% customer is facing and then also the technical team is not doing well then this is pathetic. Really worst and time wasting app. Will never download again in future.....

I had a bug from this app can't open the app it was loading to 100% and it's can't do anything they didn't show any future now only I pay my this month loan it's and also not correct and didn't get any further msg from this app worst experience from this app find them and slove the problem @HLF connect

Bad experience right now because this application cannot be open.. I'll be trying to open it's completing 100% loading..but it's not opening.. I hate this application

App is not working properly When ever open the app it will show 100 and stuck. It will not open further Iam not able to pay the loan also it afftecting my cibil. Resolve the bugs

Worst ever experience. I am trying to open it and pay but it reaches to 100% then stops.And if acci it opens there no contract no nothing.
