Reference number is not generating from last 10 days...docs not uploading, stuck on submit screen,not even able to login a single file... worst experience

Supporting documents uploaded not successful... I discuss other user who upload his closing successfully & I also follow his instructions but finally app give me an error message (choose file from internal device).....Pls resolve the problem.....
