The app manages to be extremely basic, yet extremely complicated to actually use. No useful data is easily accessible and the drop down menu that allows you to add reminders does not work for SMS even though I have enabled it both within the app and from the phone. I have 2 smartwatches and 2 different phones that I used with this app and they both fail to utillize the SMS notifications feature. Photos can only be taken from within the app, not the phones camera app rendering it useless.
The app does not provide accurate time. For whatever reason, when the watch is synced with your phone through the app you will lose an hour of time and there isn't much you can do about it. This is a scam trying to capitalize on the smartwatch trend. Do yourself a favor and stick to reputable app developers and smartwatch manufacturers like google, samsung, apple, and garmin.
bought a hyperstech smart watch this app is the support app. not happy at all with either one. the personal settings don't work right, it wants pemissions that have nothing to do with its purpose.why does it need browser history, app history , contacts etc. the reminders is a joke. traveling in a car gets marked as step distance. information rarely is right nor constistent. overall very disappointed on experience. watch and app should complement each other. if it doesn't, why market it. big scam
Update. After posting a review calling this app "garbage" because I had been unable to sync my LG G7, I was finally successful. I still don't know how I was able to link, but having done so it is working flawlessly on my very inexpensive, but functional smartwatch.
come on guys fix the time issue please!!, its a real problem having to change the time every morning which makes the alarm function redundant. the time synchronisation doesnt fix the problem either. its such a shame because apart from that its an amazing app.
I have a one year old lg phone. The watch pairs via bluetooth, but I cannot sync the two together in order to utilize the app. Either app needs new firmware update or a beta version of app that actually works.
Poor app, not a bad watch. Like others my watch keeps losing an hour every day even after I set it for the correct time. My watch also struggles to link the app which is very poor. Now if I go out walking I use Geotracker as I cannot rely on the watch/app
Finally got a battery that works. Then time keeps going back an hour. It takes a magnifier to read instructions. Come on, great ad and presention, lousy delivery. That said, until you do fixes, watch is just great costume jewelry.
I am a retired Navy Deep Sea Diver and I got it as a gift from my wife. It was on just long enough for me to be excited when it turned off! We have tried different ways to get a replacement or battery for it to work but no reply. At least a refund! To be honest at this point, one star is to much!!! Disabled American Vet!
It works fine on my new phone, but on my old Android 5 phone the latest update just crashes on start-up after turning Bluetooth on. Had to uninstall and then install previous version by apk file.
not very accurate. The only usefull featute is the phone locator.(press and hold the reset button) The phone will say " I'm here" with music till you pick it up.
can not pair with phone, can not set up basics, time,date,month,year.Installed many times with the same results, nothing.I try not to fall in line with negative reviews,however,most of them are correct.Not a good app,not a good watch.A waste of time and money. Customer service,nothing.
My phone using Bluetooth 5.0 but my watch just can connect with phone with Bluetooth 4.0, i already tried it and it work very well. If you can fix it please make it fast, release new update 🙏
App works great except when Canada went to daylight saving the watch did not. It would go back one hour after advancing the watch by one hour please fix firmware or app. Thanks for the fix it works.
Unable to connect via Bluetooth to watch. Not sure if it is the watch problem or the app. Not happy as many functions were unusable.
l set the time and every morning the time is an hour off. I set it this morning and within several hours it was exactly 1 hour off. What good is a watch that wants to be 1 hour wrong ALL THE TIME!?! Waste of money. No matter how good the watch is - it is no good if it can't tell time!
would love if the fitness/exercise data was selectable. like if you are weight lifting vs running. through the app. good in general but definitely needs to keep improving.
Lately almost never synchronizes correctly, even worse with sleep quality synchronization came with my "T"(tactical)-watch many problems from the start :-(((( Very poor quality
probably the worst app on play store right now !!! i also have the same hour loss as everyone is suffering from & there are major issues wit synching ur phone to the app every day,i guess its teue you certainly get what you pay for !!!!!! JUST WALK ON BY THIS APP EVERYONE !!!
Nice app, but sometimes when a message about new firmware for smart module appears there is Chinese language. And it will be great if you add Telegram and Gmail messages support
less than a star but they not have .. is to bad you not have time to develop the app, like this is just another watch .. to bad .. your lose .. nobody can stay connect to app to se the things working by the chance if your lucky ..
Bug with bluetooth on smartwatch. Now i can't turn off bluetooth on smartwatch, and i can't connect it to phone. Nice apps
**** SOLVED******* permissions where the issuse on first started of app it only asked for calling nothing else I went into setting and allowed all permission and now working Updated from previous version and now ethier won't find watch or keeps shutting down before even loading the app
Won't pair with the T3 watch no matter what is done! Unintalled and reinstalled 3x's, and with BLuetooth. Someone in this company doesn't know what they're doing! $$$ wasted!!!!
It's a good app but it makes me lose 1hour every day and upgrades make it screw up.. not work.. when they fix that it will be a great application
when clicking on reminders on my T watch im told that my device does not support this function. please advise what i should do. the phone is a Samsung J2 running android 8.1. please advise...
It's useless. This app was recommended by Spovan smart watch but it can't pair the smart watch device. Disappointing!
why do i lose an hour from this app? for example my phone says 11.00am but when connected through your app my watch keeps changing an hour less. very frustrating
Was fine to start with but constantly fails to sync correctly. If it manages to complete syncing it will tell me I've walked 5000 steps in three days time and things like that. Disappointing given the quality if watch it links to. Updated - 2 months since my review. Further firmware sent out... Made it WORSE. A real disappointment. Now forgets what you've done and has wiped my entire history.
