My boss uses this and when i try it wont let me log in..it wont accept caps? I give it 3 stars cause i can see how it works at least from someone else

I need this app for my job but it doesn't work with my Samsung Galaxy note 10+ which sucks. But it works fine with iPhone. I hate iPhone.
