whats the point of this app if non of the products actually have instructions? always says no products found
This app is useless it just shows a bunch of pretty pictures
Can't open the pdf files and no option to download them
The more you learn the more you earn. I'm always needing to sharpen my skills and this application is a great tool to have and learn from if I ever need the correct way to do the installation next time I'm stuck and no one is there to help me. OFS has taught me a lot over the years but there is always room to learn more.
Sometimes Herman Miller is complicated, I wish these app will help for Herman Miller installers....
For me as a designer in the middle east .. i would say if you to extend this app to envolve Gieger products especially conference , will be so smart app then .. but overall Thank you , cheers
Easy to use and navigate. Perfect for new installation crew members. The repair videos make it easy for anyone to fix a chair. Links to the service parts list for chairs and files would be an awesome addition to the app.

I was looking for videos to help repair my Aeron chair. The app presented those videos in a straigtforward and sensible way. I repaired my chair using the videos. Can't argue with those results.
