It also provides the correct item numbers you will need to appropriately fill out the PMCS forms correctly. All you have to do is hit a button and listen for all the checks you have to do. If you find a Deadline, or Non Fully Mission capable, you would fill out your form using that actual item number so the mechanics do not kick it back or ignore it because you just listed a component problem. Pretty easy to use, just hit the button and it tells you what you have to check for each time. If it's worth .99 cents for you to finish the PMCS quickly, then it's worth the money. But if willing to wait on a -10 and read through it then it's up to you. But it is a tool that I think every Soldier should have. Do recommend that you make some for other vehicles. HMMV and generators aren't the only vehicles on in our motor pool. Like LMTV.
