Hmong Translator

When I downloaded the app. I was able to use the "Speak" touchscreen button to say English word(s). Then the Hmong word and/or Hmong phrases shows, and I was able to hear the pronouciations. Now just recently it doesn't work anymore. When I first downloaded it as well, the typing from English to hmong never worked. I have a Samasung Galaxy 6 phone.

Joel, this is a good start for hmong translation as far as the basics! I beleive with more help on how to put words into sentences that says what you actually are implying, you will get farther! Good job, at least you came up with something for people who wants to learn our language. Kudos! :-) ill give u a 5 star because its the thought that counts! Im looking forward for your improvements.

I don't recommend this app. to anyone! If I could give it no star, I would. Translation is completely off. Don't attempt to try and speak to any Hmong if you're relying on this app. You will just make a fool out of yourself. This app. is in need of major improvements!

It does work some times I wish it would speak when you tap on the words to hear how it sounds like.

This used to be brilliant but now it doesn't even search properly or give any translation. Does read the text either. Please fix this and i would gladly give you the 5 star the app used to deserve.

I only have the speaking into the phone option. It doesn't give me the typing it in option or a menu. Overall, its ok app.

Main thing i don't like is that you can't type the words you want to be translated, you have to say it. Otherwise, it's an alright app.

Sub par, but if you have no alternative, you have no grounds to complain.

At first the app was intresting and rather fun to use. Than came the bugs and problems. Now the app wont even search for words and just pops open a blank screen. Till this issue gets fixed...Uninstall

My favorite.i can hear the Hmong words clearly to see if I'm saying it right.Joel I highlite the Hmong word and it does not speak it.i don't know if I'm pronouncing it right. Thanks

useful app but how about adding a search engine also instead of just speech...sometimes won't get the command rite

This used to speak the words (which is very helpful to learn). For some reason that has stopped functioning.

The written part its okay. Could use a lot of fixing on the voice recognition part. Not accurate at all in translating Hmong to English.

This was working great but now it doesn't work at all. When I type in something nothing shows up. Bummed out

Good enough for most simple sentences. Does working on my phone I'll rate 5 when you fix I'm not uninstalling just yet.

It works when it wants to, but often it crashes and I have to delete it and reinstall it.

Please fix asap! I love this app. It helps me out so much

I love this app! It has been helping me improve my hmoob :D but lately, the app hasnt been working. I cant hear the translation when i tap on it. For example, if i type in hi and it gives me nyob zoo. But when i press on nyob zoo, i cant hear the translator speak it.

I laughed when I tried this app out. It is a decent app. Recommend it for the kids now a day that don't know how to read and write in Hmong. Gotta start somewhere!

Right now I agree with the other reviews. Might be the server or something else. " no spoken words."

This app is great, it's definitely a great way to learn Hmong! Or to double check your spelling, I would recommend the app to have more options of word.

Great start and i can use this to teach Hmong in China how to write in hmong latin.

The english to hmong portion of this app was the only portion working when I used it 4 months ago. It helped me alot, so 4.75 stars, but now nothing works......please fix this app.

Works better than most...like the voice command and ease of use.

I wish the app would say sentences at full speed as well as slow to help me learn properly

Can you make it so that the "search/typing bar" is part of the main screen also? I never use the speak option and would appreciate it if the typing option was on the main screen also.
