Absolutely diabolical I bought the ticket on my old sim card thinking that "e-ticket" would come through my email but no they have to be difficult and say you need this app and you can't even change the phone number or add your email you lit need to get a grip because your a group of thick people there's a reason your known as treekle sweet but really thick
Application keeps crashing say my details have changed and get boot back to the login screen
No help what's so ever doesn't let you recover tickets via email no one to contact no number to ring and I can't get my e ticket back as my number as changed
Useless from start to finish way hmv run the tickets sales is the biggest joke though
Still trying to see my ticket ðŸ˜
Really bad so yh havent used it much but yeah
Error messages aplenty. Apparently my device is not connected to the internet so I'm unable to view my tickets or even get onto my device. Unsurprising the FAQs on the HMV website have been useless and offer no assistance what so ever. Incredibly concerning given that my event is looming.
