Its probably the first of it kind in the country kudos to MD HMWSSB for initiating such app for the benefit of public
Since 2019 this app is not recognizing mobile numbers. Same today. App is created only to show that they also have an app. No one reads reviews and no one fixes it. Govt apathy.
