I dont know what happened the last week or so, I have had to uninstall and reinstall about 4 times. Now I cant rearrange catergories and today the screen is preset to a smaller size. What is really going on, does tech support need tech support?
SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW. NO MULTIFUNCTION. APP SPINS FOREVER USING KIOSK. ENTERING, UPDATING PRICE IS ALL DONE INDIVIDUALLY AND TAKES UP SO MUCH TIME.
This app needs a lot of work! I have to re install the app almost every single day!
I was able to reorder the buttons on my cash register ONCE and can no longer find the settings tab to rearrange again.. please bring that feature back! Moving the more common bought items to the top makes checkout so much quicker!
The app helps a lot to document but the app itself lacks of optimization. It does not run smooth at all and clover processor disconnects sometimes.
I do not like it on an tablet. And I would like to put every option in alphabetical order. The prior POS system is easier to use.
Closes and signs you out at least once an hour. Half the time won't connect to card reader. Very frustrating when customers are lined up!!!

Pretty terrible app considering Herbalife generated a revenue of over 5 billion dollars in 2020. The app development team needs to get it together. Always logs out of my customer check in iPad and crashes constantly when I'm documenting on my phone.

I'm by no means a software engineer. But how freaking difficult is it to make this app have notifications. I was told Thursday 3-4 weeks and 3 weeks ago we were told about 3 weeks. So can we make this a priority?

So many issues, every time it said update available even if the app has already been updated, I will be in the middle of a ticket when that bug happens and I have to re do the ticket and it happens nearly every ticket Update it forced me to do another update and not any reports or anything doesn't work how can updates be so terrible. If I could I would give this app 0 stars
