This app doesn't work after Jan22 update. I've cleared caches and storage data, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Negative response from server on login attempt .. Website is down too.
App does not allow me to log in and view my index, keeps giving error, can not receive response from SA Handicap server, response is empty.
I can open a round but can't enter the score so I have to login online which makes the app absolutely useless.
I pride myself of having a PRR of 100% and today the app let me down. I tried on numerous occasions to open a round today but it gave an error. Please can this be rectified? Thank you
Until a score is accepted by another player (on a 2 ball) or more, the handicap system will always be problematic to reflect the truth. I strongly recommend a tick that another player must accept the score you entered. Overall the App is good but above is a very important aspect developers must seriously consider.
No longer allows me to enter scores after or during a round, I constantly get HTTP 400 Bad Request. Same issue happens when accessing events. Obviously I care more for scores as this app has become completely useless without being able to enter my scores...
HNA Handicap App doesn't work properly since the software update, have to reboot my phone and then it works for a while and then locks up where you can't access anything in the app. Please can you fix this urgently...
app is below par - several functions don't work e.g. 4 ball scoring, stats, ... Good for course handicap calculator, score entry and golfer lookup. considering the fees incurred to get affiliated, the app should've been much better.
A good app with one major weakness in Android version, a tedious process to determine course handicap. IOS does this in one click. Look forward to an update in the near future
Constant issues with the app. Eventually got " helped" by some johaan dude who made it quite clear that we should not complain, that we are here for Them, not the other way around and that we should be grateful for this app as overseas it apparently works different. As a customer I felt great ( not). Some people simply should not be in the customer service Industry
Update 2/10/2019 has bugs. Stats game overview, last 20 rounds, best/worst - not correct ; Friends, no longer functional ; links to New features gives HTTP error
Love the update and works very well. Maybe one thing to consider - at Lookup Golfer, can't you maybe have a history of people you looked up? Then you don't have to type out his name everytime? Or when you start typing it gives you the options of names you already searched? Thanks.
The new update is NOT user friendly anymore. Entering scores requires extreme dexterity, small fingers and consumes a lot of time. Revert back.
I have an Android phone and always enjoyed the app but since golf re-opened and want to enter my score after a round, I am not able to scroll down to choose a tee, phone only go down to the choice just above choosing the tee. Why is that?
Very difficult to enter scores with this interface when compared to the website. Looking up golfers does not filter properly. Enter Pravin and I get a list of Pratt etc.
The app keeps crashing whenever I try to edit an event. This is not the only function that it crashes with.
Not user friendly the previous app was easier to use the new version is junk. when entering hole by hole scores a more user friendly mode could be found
Update Android ffs!! No GPS or automatic course handicap. It was a complete waste of money upgrading to the "premium" version
Was always great but now there is NO OPTION for selecting tee played which then doesn't allow you to enter score. (Android phone app) Techies please sort this issue out asap.
Was working fine until today. Cannot access the HNA handicap calculator, handicap index. Throws it out and closes. Some garbage when you want to report it. Sort this out. Tried to reboot, uninstall, re install and still does the same🤬🤬. Was working perfectly until this morning.
It was working well until I got a new phone, now I cant log in. It complains about incorrect login info, even though I can use the exact same info to succesfully log into the website.
Can we not just key in handicap index instead of scrolling. And why is friends section not free when it was for quiet sometime? This was handy for league. Disappointing... would rather be without my fourball and events as was previously unavailable
Paid the cost to get premium for the GPS, but android for some reason does not have the GPS function, even though IOS has had this since October 2016. Why would it take this long to get android up to par?
Android needs to update the version. One needs to know the intended courses slope before you can get your handicap. iPhone gives you the option of the course you are playing to see your handicap
Apparently you will now be able to open a round via the app, in the past so many terminals where i play are offline, so would be nice to do so on the app...dont see this feature yet?
Love it especially because i don't have to go to the clubouse to enter my score. This works good when one is in a hurry after a round of golf.
I have the same problem as Kurt. The option to enter the tee is gone and it is not possible to enter a score without it.
App is not user friendly and makes it difficult to quickly calculate your handicap on the day. Apple app much better.
Little bit of a pain, only official handicap app. But too many rules, and the app doesn't help. Can't cancel a round and have to play 18 when you begin. Maybe someone else should take over
