I love the app because it makes it super easy to submit claims. However, I hate that it makes me have to start over and log in whenever I switch apps to reference receipts in my email or go to my calculator. Not sure if it's just the version for/of my phone.
Very poor layout. Nowhere to reset password. The "ask Emma" feature has poor voice quality and offers nothing more than what you find on the screen.
They suck due to they paid for my eyeglass stuff and they keep telling me I need to submit another receipt and they are trying to tell me that it is not covered but they paid it
It's precise and up to date.
Crashes everyone I try to retrieve my messages.

I wish it was more functional.
Used to be 5 stars, after recent update I can't submit expense, and I have to now find time out of my busy schedule to contact customer service and who knows how long that will take to resolve this issue. Problem should have been resolved by now, since it's been at least a couple of weeks.
