HobDrive is an intelligent Trip Computer and OBD2 diagnostic software.

- do an extensive testing before buying. This chipset is known to have very bad BT drivers causing many issues.Android 4.4 ART mode is not supported, please use Dalvik.System android option "Development -> Force GPU Rendering" causes screen shifts and flickering. The recommendation is to disable this option.
This is a demo version of hobDrive with limited functionality:
- No auto trips and trip timing
- limited visual decoration
- No automatic tracking for errors and warnings
- limited support of non-OBD2 enginesPlease consider puchasing a full version if you like the software.
HobDrive requires some of your phone's permissions to function normally:
- Bluetooth management (on/off) for ELM327 connection
- Location updates for GPS based trip calculations
- You log file access for debugging reports (while in beta)

It's a bit cluttered regarding the layouts. Could be doing with less info on each screen. Black background and White lettering is much better than White with Black for a glancing view whilst driving. White takes too long to pick up and it's too expensive for what it is.
The only way I could stop it was to uninstall it.
Amazing app I buy sell cars this helps me no end thanks for such a useful app that really works.
No extended PIDs. Does not seem as efficient as torque. Gets occasional error message.unable to open port. Need to be able to enter my own known PIDs.
Why!? I spent 5 $ and got Torque Pro.. much better software, easy, bug free!!
Perhaps the definitive take on the OBD connected driving app. Excellent layout and customisation options, fast connection and update times if you have the proper Elm adapter with high baud rate. I have the car pc version also and wanted the car android version when I upgraded my car double din this version is even better!! Well done dev!!!
Great software
Not nearly as polished or usable as Torque. And the price is unreasonable for the full version! Had a difficult time connecting to my ELM adapter...despite every other OBD II app on the planet being able to do so effortlessly. Avoid.
This advertises support for Toyota Prius but crashes when I select. If this can be fixed I will buy the full version because this app is much more comprehensive than competing apps.
The bug is fuel consumed when you have multiple cars, seems to use the same value for all cars, very small bug, will probably still buy after testing is complete Edit: too many errors in the records part of this app, not worth the 20 dollars to buy
