Have to drop from 5 to 2 star's, mainly because customer support is so slow to respond. I've used both avenue's to request help, the first telling me to use the other way for help. It did reply over night but with no explanation only to see I had full trading for my account. That was Bulls#!t, I still can't transfer any crypto out to any other wallet. It's been 5-6 days and the deposit from my bank cleared 36hrs ago or longer. It is very difficult to remove anything from this platform.
Great tracker app. Stays up-to-date. I love the option to set price notifications. Also, being able to view all StockWise, Twitter, and HODL mentions of your crypto in one place is an awesome feature!
DO NOT USE!!!! The app will let you easily deposit funds from but will not let withdrawl. Customer support is also not answering any of the work tickets. Do not waste your precious money like my wife and i did. We dont have a lot of money and this app will not let us take any of our money back out of it. It's a one way valve. DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS!!!
Really amazing app, tons of useful features! Informative, uncluttered charts and live prices. The only two issues are the alerts don't work very well, if at all. The long lag time makes the alerts useless if they even show. Second issue is the portfolio calculates based on only two decimal places. Would be nice to have all eight decimal places for exact accuracy. Other than those two things, this is the main app I use daily. If those issues can be updated, I will gladly pay monthly to support!
This app could be the best. The recurring issue is that after a certain number of transactions entered into a portfolio, the app "drops" or "loses" them. It's so frustrating and I don't understand what the challenge is around fixing this. I say this from a background in coding apps and other database engineering experience. Should be super simple to fix. Please fix! 5 stars is waiting!
Feel like I am paying to Beta test. App is amazing when it's working but I'm sick of losing my portfolios. At the very least give us a manual backup option until cloud storage is sorted out. So much potential in this app but a lot of bugs too. Would like to say though that the tech support for this app is fantastic. Responses have been so quick and effective. Still waiting on the promised fix coming for the portfolio issue at which point this is really a 5 star app.
Excellent app! I'm new to this and it's easy to understand and navigate with real time changes as well! I was able to figure out how to navigate the ui (deleting from the list by swiping and things like that). But I'd recommend adding instructions in the event some people have trouble learning how to work the interface. Great job though! (I don't use the portfolio tab so I don't know about it's issues as I use another app for buying and trading)
Worked like a charm for about a week and now just won't load any data for the widget no matter what I do. The widget was the only reason I got this and signed up for premium, but will not keep if there's not an update to fix this issue soon. I was on Android OS 10 on my Note10+ and just updated to OS 11 and still no change. I'll follow up if necessary. I wish this did work out though because the info is so awesome and spot on! It's worth a free trial, but not the $ (for me anyways IMO)
Been using for over a year now, no issues, love the app both on my phone and my chromebook!
This app had such great promise... but sadly it doesn't work properly on either of my Samsung Galaxy devices. I even subscribed for the premium service. I spent many, many hours trying everything to get it to work properly, because i REALLY like what I saw.. . but sadly, no luck. and its just not reliable enough to use. The support have put the issue at the back of the list, so that could be tomorrow..or never.. :( if you ever fix the issue, I'd happily pay for it.
I have to re-log in like 2x a day with this app. It's very annoying. How can they expect people to subscribe if something so dumb like this happens. You want a monthly sub and I have to enter my email and password 2 times a day to use it?
The most convenient stocks and crypto app I have. Great interface, price alert options and its real-time.
App is great! BUT I constantly lose my portfolio, sometimes the backups fail. The support is responsive but doesn't really solve my issue. They tell me a new cloud sync feature will help. But that doesn't seem like a fix, more of a bandage.
The app constantly crashes, no one ever answers the live chat for help, and it wont let me withdrawl my crypto. I enjoy using this app but this is a problem that really annoys me. I need help!?
Easy to use, and easy to add new crypto or stocks. This app allows me to check historical status.
Works well. Alerts can be glitchy. But work most of the time. Better than other apps
Don't force me into a free trial to avoid ads before I've even had a chance to look at what you have to offer, that's the fastest uninstall reason even. Although I have no idea how well this app works, I can tell you I'd never pay them $3 after my FREE trial to find out. When will developers learn, get us interested in your app, if we like it we WILL pay without question. Byeeeeeeeeeeee!
BY FAR 😱 the best real time crypto market chart. it's the fastest, it has the cleanest interface, and most options for customization of the charts of any that I have tried. There are so many different tools to measure things that even I am unfamiliar with. It's also got the most altcoins and exchanges that I found. I am for real impressed. 👌
Overall a pleasant experience I wish some of the metrics were easier to access.
This app is amazing and very helpful. I use this app on my phone and my chromebook. I subscribed for the premium version. The premium version works on my phone, a Samsung Galaxy S10, but it doesn't recognize I'm a premium user on my Chromebook and when I try to re-buy the subscription, hoping it realizes I've bought it before and upgrades me, it simply says there was an error and I should contact "iTunes"???? I love this app beyond words, it has many features I love but this is an issue
Free version regularly resets your Portfolio. Update since comment from devs. Seems to have worked! Updated software and was able to restore one of the old backups too. Changed stars from 1 to 4.
