Hodler – Coin Market Cap & Cryptocurrency Rates

Used to be great but the new "improved" portfolio broke it. Now your portfolio value doesn't refresh. It just holds the value it first was when you opened the app. You either have to close the app and open it again or try tracing the chart to the end (the chart seems to refresh). This thing is a price tracker. You had one job! And you've blown it. Follow up was quick and promised to fix it shortly. Have added a star for that and will add more once it's fixed.

This is one of the apps that I mainly use for alerts/news and so far its having a tuff time with the alerts task. It's usually .003 - .006 lower than the actual amount and fails to alert on time, so that's a bummer, but I've yet to find a good alert app. The plus side is the news, it's very useful on reporting the latest news and that's why I gave it 3 stars, but hopefully the alerts gets an overhaul to function correctly. I will update my review as things change, hopefully for the better.

It's been 6 months and the app still shows the wrong prices on many defi projects.

Very nice app so far. I don't mind having to input my own crypto values and it's nice to see how accurate it is against the exchange I use in $USD. In terms of decimal points, it's fairly close but I have noticed some large discrepancies with LTC and ETH over the last few days. I realize it's aggregated. The devs said they want to add different exchange prices to choose from so it's something to look forward to. Give it a try and don't poop on your neighbor's lawn, they WILL get mad.

Love the UI, minimal without missing anything important. has nearly everything I need, would just like to be able to link exchanges and/or wallets with API key. If the developer reads this, I have been trying to find whether there is a browser extension or website? 5 star, and I would pay for the upgrade if able to connect API key.

I really live the interface of this app. Really easy to use and see values at a glance, however I really need a way to backup this app in case I lose my phone and have to reinstall. I keep up with multiple portfolios for my children and doubt I could recreate them with the correct distribution of cryptos. Also, the P/L is a great plus too!

Great app that i use as my main portfolio, up to date graphs, surprising recognition of small unknown coins. I cannot seem to find the desktop widget mentioned in the Play store description. Also a few improvements could be an OLED dark theme to black out the pixles, also if the total holdongs graph contained a 'All' tab on the time scale, these would be helpful. Other than that Hodler is robust application & will continue using, keep up the good work.

I would buy this if, when adding an asset, you could enter the buy price in $ and it gave you an average-based profit or loss against current price, with again a total portfolio PorL. It is one step better than The Crypto App in that it allows individual assets to be added of the same coin. But otherwise much the same as that app.

Currently when building your portfolio it only allow's currency to be added at current market price. i would like to be able to imput the price i paid prior to downloading this app so i can see my current profit/loss's on each coin with a total portfolio growth percentage to calculate the total's from initial purchase price to current price. you could even list them based on best percent value on daily/weekly/mothly growth to help user's see which of their coin's and token's are doing the best.

Edit: appreciate the response. I think the app is amazing in every way other than that. There are so few apps out there that provided a one-hour time frame and the ones that did where God awful. Hopefully your old version continues to work for me because I'm still using it. I want that one hour time frame. But otherwise, this thing is on point.

Simply amazing app, The interface is simple, minimal and intuitive, which is what I look for in an app, I've used dozons of portfolio/market tracker apps from the biggest to the smallest, and this app is by far the best, a must have, highly recommend, cheers to the developer/s behind this amazing app. ❤️

Its pretty good. Nice display, easy to read. No adverting. Good for checking your portfolio. Only things which are not so good is the graphs don't match the prices, and it doesn't refresh prices often enough.

Great application with a lot of news regarding cryptocurrency as well as ICO projects along with the ratings on each coin. Everything is kept in a nice and traditional browsing experience, navigating effortlessly with good informations and knowledge overall. No issues found with this application, it works perfect for myself 🙌

The subscription model is a joke. An annual subscription just to remove ads. NOW the app is freaking out. Shows the portfolio is up 100% in 4 hours. Even deleted the cache, deleted data, forced an app stop, uninstalled, rebooted phone, reinstalled the app, and manually added the data...... SAME RESULTS.

The app is good and very useful, the UI is simple but effective, giving lots of information. A few more features could help a lot, such as a refresh button, asset descriptions and a few bug fixes.

Gives me the info I need and the ability to set up multiple portfolios and alerts. Easy to read data and charts. I love how clear and concise all the information is. My favorite crypto app, and I've tried a lot of them.

Exactly what I was looking for, especially helpful as I have crypto in multiple exchanges and wallets, allows me to see everything in one portfolio. Does a lot more than just that, but it does it so well, thank you!

The UI is so smooth, simple and quick. I wish I can add the price of the coin when I bought it, you can only add coins at the current price. Seems like a basic feature to ask for?

Good app but not sure where they pull their prices from. It would be nice to have a option to choose the exchange we use and then get live updates on the app from that particular exchange. Still better then what i had before. Good job
