The app is great. The selection of shows and movies are amazing as well. There's a glitch in the auto playback in series from one episode to another...if the next episode is clicked manually, it says error occured but if left as it is, it goes to potrait mode and after 5 seconds, the next episode starts. It needs a few optimisations.
Very poor . Developers of ullu are better than this. You can't search for a movie based on its Genre It's doesn't matter what you are watching, the recommendations never refreshes according to your watching preferences. The audio quality is like it's from the 80's.
Content is very good, but want more and more content. The search engine in the app needs to be better. Also if I have watched a certain episode and closed the app then next time i open the app the next episode is not automatically in line, I have te to go to search bar and reopen the series and then start the desired episode. This process needs Improvement, all other apps have this feature of running the next episode automatically after I open , if I have finished a prior episode and closed.
It is really difficult to complete a single video..it always keeps on buffering. I will keep the previous complain..because it is same as before. Please read my name properly and then address me instead of taking wrong name. And for your kind information I operate this app mainly through my smart TV so there is no point of clearing the app cache. And the internet connection is always at the best speed and it is working perfectly with the other apps like, Amazon Prime, Zee5, Hotstar etc.
The app is very laggy and glitchly. Please try to fix it. The arrangement of the watch list is very inconvinient, as it is arranged from the least recent to the most recent. Otherwise, undoubtly the content of this OTT platform is absolutely amazing. Really loving it!
I can't enjoy because after few seconds the mess comes that your internet connection is slow. But in Netflix hotstar and MX player there is no problem. I have tried to call them through customer care but they do not care to pick up the call.
I have been using this app for almost a year ... I have not been able to open any video of the app for some time now ... I can't open any video of the app in any way even after trying a lot .. Many more apps on my phone There are those that are working well like zee5, Hotstar, voot ... If you can help in any way then I will be very helpful ..
Downloading in extra memory card is not possible in HOICHOI, as claimed, despite more than sufficient space. Taken up with the Help Centre, but they are HELPLESS. They are insisting me to allow download in phone's internal memory. I do not face any such difficulty in other platforms like DISNEY HOTSTAR, PRIME VIDEO.
I like the content but this app isn't easy to use. I bought a subscription via Prime Video and even now am unable to log in via the app and keep seeing locked content on Prime. Have to log in multiple times. Quote inconvenient and time consuming.
Some of the productions are truly amazing. The content is diverse and some can be polarizing, but overall thank you for the platform. The app experience can be bettered, though..
They do have good content but movie player is not up to the mark. When you need to forward/backward, you do not have any option to forward/backward scenewise like Netflix.
Everything is OK. But I'm facing problems with the Apps. I doesn't work properly. Though my network is good but it gives msg slow network & doesn't open video, even downloaded videos are not opened.
job done by app and customer support is horrible. I have been using hoichoi with an yearly subscription since 2019 from qatar and it was OK till dec.2021, now suddenly this app service is unavailable in Qatar, while seeking help for the same I've been told it is mentioned in the terms and conditions and they can't refund or replace my existing subscription to be used in a different country. when trying to recharge from abroad, I am not even able to get an otp to atleast switch my account
The app is giving trouble. Quite often it's buffering and saying that loading video, even in very very strong Internet environment. At the same time any online YouTube video is running smoothly & nicely.
While streaming error message showing. Even after reporting it to the team nothing has changed. My subscription fee has gone to waste it seems. Uninstalling is the only way it seems..
It is a quite good app.But suddenly this is not opening. And showing NETWORK CONNECTION is not good but all the other apps is working nicely. After update it is stop working . I am unable to watch series and other movies. Please do the needful. Solve the glitches which we r facing.
Team, I like the content on this app, but just after paying the annual subscription fee today it said that my payment failed, but the payment has successfully got debited from my bank. I need an expedited resolution to my issue, please?!!
However good the contents be, the app is a total failure. What are the developpers doing for this long, I don't understandnd. So many comments about the app not working properly and no improvemet. Many a times, it won't open properly and get frozen at the opening screen even after repeated trials which is really disgusting. Many other similar issues being faced while playing the contents (yes, I am using the latest version only, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app).
They have been improving. Appreciated 👍There are lots of things to improve. Such as, the app is pretty slow compared to Netflix which is not a good user experience. Anyway keep updating the app. And please release Indu Season 2 ASAP 😉
Extremely awesome. Its stories, plots, web series, especially detective and thriller. Arranged online according to Bengali's mind. But there are many problems with the usage of apps. Most of the time, movies or web series seen recently can not be found by searching.There are also some minor problems. I hope every user faces it. It is better to take a look at the next updates.
Even after downloading a web series or a movie, without internet it is difficult to watch. This shouldn't happen. If customer is downloading something, that means they can watch at any situation. Kindly try to improve this.
I'm an Indian bought subscription in India and with my Indian card and now when I just came to overseas for an official tour they just stopped it and asking for $50 for this region. I have Netflix and paid in India and still working but out own Indian channel failed ti fulfilled my expectation. I'm going to stop my subscription this year. Thanks.
I recharged with the annual package, I love the collections over there. However, it has to be the worst app developed. The interference is so outdated and it's so difficult to download a movie properly, there are no options to pause download but it only says cancel which simply deletes it. The downloads sometime get stuck IDK why and they don't go further anymore. It's truly a shame when free apps such as MX offers better than them when it comes to application usage.
Terribly badly designed app, downloads don't work, opening screen freezes, downloaded videos can't be accessed most of the times, all the offline times. Disgracefully bad app.
Hoichoi is the worst app i have ever used.. not sure why it gets logged out everytime i try to watch anything in my tv. Everytime i have to login with my credentials to watch something. I think hoichoi has to work on getting good developers on board, else in this competitive world hoichoi will be nowhere to be found after few years.
Pathetic app, can't watch anything on this app. Always says there is some issue, clear app cache. Even after clearing cache problem is not resolved. Took subscription for ₹599/- but can't watch a damn thing on this app. Resolve this issue asap.
Can't play Any video, Every time its showing an error, "there seemes to be an issue, please clear app cache and try again". But I did clear cache more than 15 times an also data, but same error.
Hoichoi was one of our most favourite movie app but day by day its service quality is becoming worst. 1. Not open in a single attempt 2. During movie suddenly it stopped and again it will run after clicking 3. Poor app performance inspite of having broadband connections and it is getting worst if you are in mobile data. 4. Not a single movie runs smoothly and break fee, several times have to re click to start the content again. This is very much pathetic when you have recharged for a year.
Great app! Enjoying their exciting contents with very low cost as far as I think. Helpful customer support and good user experience. Everything is cool. But one thing I would like to mention that they should add the lock button in their media player so that we can stick to the content very easily without any disturbance. That’s all beside it all good✌️
