bought something for christmas, you guys sent the mail, but the app wasnt working at all. wont show the qr code.money got deducted. yet its not showing the things bought in the app. all other apps working just the hokobuy.
Always realiable . but for food &health case it has too much conditions which giving me the feeling not to purchase.

HoKoBuy keeps auto directing me to this app. Very annoying! Plz stop this act!!!!!!!!

An useless app
There is no option for add to cart .If you want buy four different item in that case one has to pay 4 times .This is actually irrelevant. Please provide an option for add to cart so that we could add all item which we wish yo buy.
please add a 'add to collection' function , always have to search through the whole list again to find the one I was interested in. Same as other comment, it's time consuming when you have to buy more than one coupon, you have to buy separately,even for the same shop

Got stuck. Can't redirect from the email notification always so can't see the details. Today even can't open the apps.

Must install this app for Groupon purchases. Use up lots of storage and slow to load content Many bugs

What a ridiculous transformation. Customer Service is awful. They hardly understand English. Despite being a marketplace hokobuy does not allow you to write a merchant review. How silly is that??
When I click on a deal in the daily deals email, I am now forced to view it in the new HOKOBUY app but the new app just sits on the opening screen forever. I used to be able to choose whether to view a deal in the browser or in the app. I agree with others that this app is inferior and does the same thing as the old app, but in a less capable way.
Can't switch of the notifications. I'm being flooded with them daily and although I set English as default language the notifications are in Cantonese and not relevant at all.

Why would you take an already established well known name brand service and app and then proceed to destroy it by changing the name and making users download some inferior app/service?
Really sucks... when you click to see the promotional details, it keeps directing you to the installation page, but obviously you have installed the app

Why create an app that does exactly what Groupon does, even though you may argue that it's a different branding (which proves the branding itself is totally unnecessary). The app also pushes notifications a few times a day and there is no option to turn it off. That's user unfriendly.
Worst website ever. When click on email links, it opens website BUT... BUT ONLY FOR 1 SECOND. I will NEVER install your app full of bugs and Hacks.
