Fun game. Seem to get a ton of "bad beats". I hate that it takes so much money to level up and when you finally do, if you go a day or 2 without playing you will lose the rank and have to start over. I've almost deleted the app because of it. Please change this. Lower the amount it takes to rank up since you're gonna lose it in 2 days anyway. Most people can't play that much every single day. 5 stars otherwise. Lots of free chips and fun.

Overall, I like the game. Main issue is getting dealt the exact same cards twice in a row. Usually happens a few times during each tournament. Another small issue is not letting me use the emojis when I win a hand. Tells me to "take it easy". Takes some of the fun out of it.

I like this game. Sometimes it's hard to find a table that doesn't have the CHEATERS sitting in. If you look at their stats, and their wins are more than 22%, they should be put at separate table, just for people who BUY their wins. They go ALL IN, The rest of us fold, find out they have NOTHING. If I have to keep playing with them, I'll go back to WSOP. It's an awesome game.

Love the game. Too many ads recently. Had several problems in past. But mgmt fixed it. One thing I don't like used to be 2.99 options. I recently spent 40. Now 6.99 is cheapest. Most of tge offers are 39.99 and up to 74.99

Love this game it helps me relax and the wind down after the day I have love it love it love it. 4 seasons so can't tell you about improvements, wish u could type out words... I understand why some can't have that option, some bad apples, but they can loose that option if enough complaints... translucent slot machine on table would b nice, see whole table while playing slots... at first I would never play it... need to watch what mood some1 is in after a win or loss... lol but slots is fun if u know how to play them.. verdict in awesome... so far....

It's a decent poker sim, one I keep coming back to. Despite what they say, I think there are bots online sometimes, but I'm ok with that. Also, why is it that about 90% of the people I play level 27? Is this a glitch or something? Features come and go regularly (give me back my attack chopper!), so I guess there is much tweaking going on behind the scenes. Not too many all-in loonies to be seen here, so that's nice. Plenty of free chips available to dull the pain of losing. Good effort.

Did the update this morning, now the game freezes constantly,kicks u out the room,takes ages to connect or lags. Don't have an issue on any other app other than this one,so it's not my connection. Not sure what u have done but sort it out.... so once again have done an update,game freezes constantly, kicks u out of the game, let's u start start game and the freezes as your about win, I notice the game doesn't freeze when its excepting a paymemt though. 100% Rip off. Game is designed to make you spend money. They say an algorithm randomly deals cards. Their algorithm deals cards to keep all players loosing so you spend more money. Where does all the millions go. In their pockets. Of course they are going to say their algorithm deals fairly. They want you to keep dumping your money in the game.

Even though I have full reception and no other game has problems, it constantly always drops out and fails to connect. Also, it's extremely hard to win. Even when I get winning hands, someone else on the table has the same cards. Makes the game worthless

Love this game but what are the diamonds for? Diamonds let you continue playing the briefcase bonus if the grenade blows up your prizes. I have found that out. I don't understand what S1 or S2 means while wanting to unlock a avatar frame or a collection card. Any input? But this is my favorite poker game and provides you with numerous ways to get chips. Have had in billions for a long time. Love the avatars! It's just a fun game and the perfect challenge. Play it!

It is very fun and very easy to move up in rank. I went from beginner to King in about 5 days of playing! Extremely fun and I love the Emojis and the built-in comeback statements. Kudos! I would have given it five stars but I've only been playing for a little bit and nothing is perfect in this world today.

Hand out some more chips!! Lol this is a really great game actually. I play everyday!! I can’t go without playing it’s really addicting. It feels like you’re actually sitting at the table. Constantly says no internet and yet my internet is absolutely fine. Lose hands galore because of this. Casino treasure... watch this, you think you're getting a bonus but no, you need to pay, like everything else on this app, everything comes with a price. I find the hands totally messed up. I've never been done on the river so many times in any other poker game as I have on this one.. every time you fold the the slot machine pops up. When you gamble big on this you NEVER win. All in all, a Con.

I love it...when I win. 1 if I loose a lot... like any site... no it's fun , since you give enough free chips to always build it back up, so u can go all in and loose ! but you can always build it back up, takes skill and some luck , and a little! been here b4... I did play a poker Stars for 15 years, they are stingy with thier chips 1500 chips every 4 hrs... so rather play here... fun to have a team and work together make friends... and I would recommend, I try... last but not least, sorta new!

This is my favorite online poker app for it's look and easy to use features and play. Sometimes it seems that it's a little unrealistic in certain situations though. It claims that the smarter you play the more lucky you will be but I play extremely tight and pretty much "by the book" mostly. I win the majority of my tournaments I enter but it has seemed to get somewhat ridiculous in how many disgustingly bad beats I suffered from fish playing recklesslyto try to force me into a purchase

Gave it 2 stars. Would've given it at least 4 if the game didn't glitch all the time. Between freezing up completely and going dark so that you can't even play cause you can't see your cards, I'd say this game isn't worth the hassle. Deleted it.

I'm starting too enjoy game more, as play my other main game aswell as this only really, and the cards and the way they play a lot better than before as was getting beat by hands that the odds were so high for me to win but he or she would hit 2 of there cards on turn and river giving them trips, unbelievable this would never happen very rare but was seeing things that really put me off playing again, I sent messages to game many times, but anyway I'm winning and losing.

Absolutely, hands down the worst customer service of any company on the Google play store. They should be banned from operating or selling anything. I don't have Facebook so I have logged in as a guest. Had to change phones. When I did the App started me over. I've spent thousands of dollars in the last year on this app. Nowhere did it say I had to have Facebook in order to save my progress. I sent them screen shots with a user ID that confirmed my play. Too bad. Goodbye.

I've played 7400 games, and am enjoying it less lately. I don't mind losing, but I see too many duplicate hands from one deal to the next. Lately it's been bad beats.. losing Aces high full houses to miracle four of a kind river cards twice in the past two days. Really..? What are the odds of that happening. I'll keep playing, but hope the weord stuff will lessen.

I like this game, its fun to play and has some nice giveaways to keep you alive, sometimes. I was up over 70 million dollars, pretty good for a free game, but then the losing algorithm kicks in. When this is on, you may win a few hands to keep you in the game, but you won't win until they shut the that routine down. They keep repeating over and over it's a fair game, and that could be correct, they could make everyone loose the same amount. Just don't believe that the cards are random.

Terrible game, lots of bots. Dealt 6-9 off suit 3 times in a row. Happens a lot. Always getting bad beats on great hands. I've invested real money playing this which was stupid because it could be a great game. Now I will not invest anymore and I've been playing on other poker sites that are more fair.

This is a fun game to play however when it's time to collect bonuses it will tell me that the servers are busy and it won't give you your bonus which is always at 2X. I find it difficult to feed money into a game that won't give you your bonuses. It's strange that the only time the servers are busy is when it's time to collect your bonus.

Been playing daily for six months love the game. Don’t like the update to where you can’t see everyone’s accomplishments in game play. That told me a lot about who I’m playing at the table. Plus I set goals to get a lot of those accomplishments and can’t see how to get more.Love the game it helps clear my mind and keeps me out of trouble not many games can do that so Thank You,,,,,,Holdem or Foldem!!!!!!

Decently fast game play but does RNG certified mean you're dealt from multiple decks? Because this game definitely does! Have lost many times with three or four of a kind to lose to another player who has the same face cards. Something feels wrong when you have 3 A's backed decently, to only lose to another player holding AAA...An okay app, just know what you're up against.

I play pretty much every poker at Pat there but the new one in the live one and yours by far is way better than all of them I am one of your biggest fans keep up the great work and I'll keep up the great plane and I'm so glad you fixed the freezing part in the bonus for you thank you for that. I love playing Holdem or Foldem. I play daily and enjoy the competition!! I play the cash games and tournaments and also the yacht leagues. Lot’s of friendships are made! I really enjoy my daily play on Holdem or Foldem. I meet many friendly players from all over the world!! Sometimes you can get light 10 at a time, it's better than buying ships. Check my stats..I'm a Real Poker player and I Agree that players who buy chips aren't as good as a player trying to survive on what you get from the game itself

Ease up on the dang flush draws. Every other hand is four of the same suit. Until I have pocket cards suited, you throw two more on the flop, then nothing. Ridiculous. The game becomes less fun the longer you play it. Get tired of bad beats and terrible cards.

I was looking at your best hand and it's the same hand I have as a best hand the game is fixed for the owners to get richer and for us to look dumber. This game is as far from the up and up as there is. I do playing it, but the worst thing to do is tip the dealers you might as well just give it to the people that make money that's where your tips go same as when they cut the pot goes to owners the united states'should not let us get ripped off like this it's SICK

I go into a table, get cards, try to play and it freezes and I lose money. Other than that, it's a fun game. The problem is only occasionally. Update- it's better now.

One of the biggest regrets I've ever had in my life... Was wasting hours playing this rigged, pathetic excuse for a game. I installed a much better Poker app that is actually realistic and doesn't favor players who spend money on the game, but for some reason it won't let me log in, forcing me to play this garbage. Talk about a tough break. Do NOT download this app, it's nothing more than a genius way for the devs to prey on gambling addicts
