Hold On Trainer is an app to help you with your TRX or any other suspension training system workouts.

Main features:
· more than 50 exercises to choose from,
· no locked exercises,
· Voice coach: simple enough to disturb as little as possible, but guiding you through your exercises - with two different verbosity level,
· trainings can be made of a free arrangement of the exercises,
· prepare time and duration can be set on a per drill basis,
· self-explaining images for each exercise – with a short description in the exercise list,
· exercises categorized into three difficulty levels – marked green, yellow, and red – to help you control the challenge of your training,

Best suspension training app. Very easy and basic interface. You can create your own trainings while learning it better. If you found that the training is missing you can request via email. Also its free. Thanks to developers.

Not bad, but certainly not the best. Biggest drawback is that when you choose an exercise, the default is one set, and that can't be changed. Many TRX programs are built around 3 sets.
