After a booking was made, it showed me a message 'payment success, booking failed'!! Contacted customer service and they said some issue happened during the booking and they cleared it. They confirmed that the hotel will allow me to check-in within 15 minutes. I was waiting in the hotel lobby. Waiting, waiting and waiting... Nothing happened even after 2 hours. Customer care is not answering... Sent an email to them to cancel the booking and left the hotel.
The App and the site are both great for vacation planning and for low price trips while everything is sorted out for you, however, their rule of charging 100% of the vacation price in case of cancelation within 21 days before the trip makes it difficult to use them, as normal flights and hotel bookings could be canceled with a refund or chance to amend the dates. Good site, but needs to ensure that you are really confirmed of your dates and paper works
Same old issues. App crashes when trying to book a hotel. Can't use discounts as they are limited for apps only. Reported the issues on new Android and iOS devices by email and on Facebook. No actions were taken. Useless app.
Very bad experience. I have done booking , bought online tickets , but I had to cancel my trip . After cancellation still I am struggling for my refund. They don't even bother to reply. So now I am planning to go for legal process.
My experience was not Good 👎 .. booked over the phone.. once the payment was made the response over the email, phone and WhatsApp was very poor. From airport pickup goofed up to hotel room being average .. will not try them again.
Pathetic and time wasting app, I've been trying to make a hotel reservation since the past 2 days but the app suddenly gives a credit card error before stepping towards the payment page, app needs to be improved seriously!!! Uninstalled!!!
Difficult to book ur holiday offer n decide as no price are indicated. One just dont simply press BOOK NOW. Scaptical to press book now as not sure if one can change ones mind to opt out.
I like the app .it is very easy to use and to manage the trip u want with variety of choices and variety of prices so u can choose which suitable for ur packge
I booked through holidayme and the money is deducted however at the hotel did not accept the confirmation of holidayme ..I called the holidayme ..we will check however no response ..waiting at hotel reception and no response for more than 2 hours now ..it is the worse experience to have especially at your holiday ..

Seems like a pretty gpod app.. Professional looking and very smooth and fast.. Haven't experienced no ad pop ups so far..
Had the app for all of 3 minutes before I uninstalled it, looks like it was built in 2004, functionality is useless and the you have to dig around for prices
The user interface looks neat, they have discounts ( with their already top notch prices ) and they recommend places to visit, its a good high quality app !

The good thing is it has option of deducting money which is required to get the visa for some pssports like mine.

I have been using holidayme app for quite sometime now and not a single booking has gone smoothly for me. Either the booking doesn't go through or the price goes up or the room is sold out. Always there is some excuse they will give for not being able to provide the booking at the shown amount. Not at all happy with the app. Also, there service is no great either. You will always face some troubles while booking flight, holiday or even a simple hotel stay. Don't recommend them.
