The store is great, but the app on my android phone isn't really user friendly. If you have something in your shopping cart you can't click on it to look at the iten, you have to go back and search it. It would be nice to have a save for later option. There seems to be issues in the coding of the app, I've contacted customer service about these issues so hopefully they will make some changes soon.

It's kinda hard to shop on an app that won't let you sign in or add things to your cart. Edit 5-24-2022: It's working beautifully now.

Love the store, it gets 5 stars, but I don't love the app. It is slow when loading from one page to another. Also, I really wish it offered a "favorite" option for items or "save for later" option. If you don't buy it immediately, you'd have to find it again if you decided to buy it later on. I like to shop around with any item I'm looking for. Then there are times when I'm not sure if I want to purchase it for someone else, but want it to be easy to come back to if needed.

I absolutely love the store, the app is awful!! It has taken me 4 times to get an order placed. I had to literally delete everything in my cart, delete the whole app and start over 4 times! I live 1.5 hours away from a store and thought the app would be easier. Next time I will just drive to the store.

Gives me the option to rate for ads inside the app, but if there is any ads it must not be many because I've never noticed!! Which makes the app 10x better in my opinion. Easy to navigate, great selections and a great price. Also check out there charity donations for non profit organizations!!!

If I see something that I want, while looking at something else, the wanted item disappears and has to be searched for, several times using different parameters. Really is a barrier to impulse buys!

They have a lot of great stuff but only if you go to one of their stores to buy and don't ever try to buy anything with this app, I tried and the money has been pending for 3 weeks. Also everytime you try to cancel and get refunded for anything the only way is to email them which everytime you do it comes up as error...

Ive had to redo my sign in info more than once... Everything is correct and when i proceed to checkout it comes up error or no payment found... I have my card on file... Fix the glitches!!! I'm tired of having to sign in and then getting the annoying system failure or no payment found when i try to check out...

Horrible! Every time I go to put something in the cart it directs me to sign in so I do it takes me back to page, I again add cart and the whole process starts all over again! I would of spent a lot today shopping but now I'm just aggravated looking elsewhere. 🙄

Can't sign in, keeps crashing, cart never edits properly, and the app keeps refreshing then crashing and you can't log back in. I've reinstalled it several times. FRUSTRATING.

Great when it works, but more often than not it's an incredibly frustrating waste of time. The app will let you put out of stock items in your cart but never lets you know they're out of stock. When you go to check out, instead of showing the 5 items in your cart or a message they've been removed because they're out of stock, it simply shows an empty cart. I had to use the website to figure out what was going on.

I would give it more stars if the app didn't freeze or glitch out. When it work its excellent. Its just frustrating loading your cart with a lot of items and then trying to check out and having the app should u there items in your cart but then when u go to check out it says zero

I haven't been able to proceed to checkout in the app, I keep getting error messages when it's trying to approve my purchase. Also the contact us button works but it gives more error messages when you hit send. The link to a website at the bottom of the contact us page also gives error messages.

App is great, got a lot of really cute things as pictured, shipping is reasonable and it's all been in good condition when it arrives. App is super easy to use.

The deals are unbelievable. Name brands and just Excellent products all around. The pricing is mind blowing! Legitimately an actual good place to shop for everyday to occasionally needed items.

The "orders" button never loads and glitches out. If I want to see what I've ordered.. I have to hunt for your website for 5+ minutes... and now i cant even find your website. why doesn't it work?!?! This has been an issue for months and it's frustrating.

Unable to login. When adding anything to cart the app asks you to sign in, once signed in it does not add your item instead it sends you back to the sign in screen in a never-ending loop.

I haven't had any issues yet with my orders or my packages everything has come in good condition and in a timely manner. As far as coupons I have had the need to use them.

I went to the Cicero store yesterday and found some of the most comfy pants ever. I am 3 days post op for cervical spine surgery. Comfy clothes are a must. I went to the store in dewitt and they did not have any. Then I remembered I used the app around Christmas time. Thanks to the app i was able to order 4 more pair of the pants.

It's okay. I do not enjoy that my cart items disappear when there's a change or that I'm not notified when something is out of stock and what item or when I get an order and they swap the item for something random in same price when out of stock, just please give me a refund and let me know it's out, I don't want random junk. I also really wish you could create a save for later list, I sometimes don't want to buy all at once.

I absolutely adore this app!!! Other than maybe Dollar Tree, Five Below has got to be my favorite store ever and I'm 37 years old! The only thing that I can think of that could possibly make this app any better is a 'like' or 'heart' feature so there's a way that you can come back to your favorite items later on. And the option to create wish lists to save and share, would be EVEN better! 💚

logged me out since the last update and won't let me sign back in no matter how many times I put my info in and it takes me back to the store

Amazing store, crummy app. All of a sudden it won't accept my normal debit card and an error always pops up when I try to use my normal credit card. So I can't even order things any more.

Check out doesn't work, it gives an error message, " oops!"...fix whatever bug this is and I will change my rating. Used to love the app.

I've been trying to get on your app for over half an hour, same with your website via laptop. If you all are going to announce a major release if a popular item you should make sure your website won't keep crashing. This happens ALL THE TIME!

I've enjoyed the app it's self I love my hamic and all of my outdoor led lights I bought last year. It really made it fun for my kids outside on summer nights😋 my only CONCERN with the app is the shipping has went up and it takes a long time to receive my order
