Videos are pointless and eat up time as everyone takes longer than a face to face assessment. There are also errors with the information provided in sections.
The reset password doesnt work, there is no easy to obtain customer support number, the live chat support workers will leave the chat (closing it) without helping and when you leave a bad review about how incompetent they are you'll be in trouble. It doesnt take 101 hours to get a password reset. It doesnt take 1 hour to do it. It should be as simple as "here's the reset link" but nope, so help you god if you cant log in on the weekend because you just arent going to beable to, at all.
