made an in app purchase but did not receive anything for it. you can spin 20 times and hardly win anything. not much fun. very tight. This is probably the worst game I have ever played. over a million credits bet and rarely ever get bet back let alone any big wins. Also havent seen a bonus round all night no matter what bet level. As soon as my credits are gone I will be deleting this app forever if something doesnt change.

The app has not worked in over 2 months. Despite my continued conversations, no one can help. No games will ever open. It never works anymore. Everything is updated and it's junk. Used to be great. What a waste. Seriously disappointed in the lack of help or care. No one did anything to help. I just kept getting a message that they sent the info to the developers and I waited and waited. I sent continued correspondence for updates and still got no help. I've missed countless promotions. So upset.

Has the games I prefer. BUT every time I complete a Spin to Win, as soon as I receive the credits they are taken back! Customer service has improved greatly - Ricky J has been great about restoring "taken back" credits & does it in a timely manner. Couldn't finish challenges Sunday because Koza wouldn't open. Have multiple that won't and reported all. If more than 1 person on the same IP play - even on different platforms - unless you use Facebook you all can't opt in to the battles, etc..

This app is fraudulent. I tried purchasing credits and it said an error occurred and to contact customer service. I attempted emailing them a week ago (no number is provided on their website), and never heard anything back. Now I have to contact my bank and dispute the charge. Thanks for ripping people off!

Definitely one of the better slots apps I've played. Not devoid of technical issues - occasional malfunctioning graphics and a glitch with app credit purchasing are the most significant ones for me. Still gets my 4 stars for the level of communication when problems pop up. Recently got a surprisingly quick, very helpful response from Alexis addressing issues I've been having. A perfect glitch-free app is the gold standard, but close 2nd is fast, friendly, open communication when it's not

Another Update: Followed the suggestion given and it appears to be performing better. Although, i ultimately lose, I do get to play longer. Update. I've saved my points for awhile and built up my "pot" slowly to several billion. Bet big (116M). If you want the feel of LOSING - just like real slots - this is the app to have. Recommend MyVegas slots - at least you get REAL free stuff (free play, dining, rooms, cruises) in Vegas and other MGM properties (even w/o making a purchase on the app).

While I enjoy playing the app there is still a problem with purchasing credits in the game. My money is taken but I received no credits for it. It took 6 tries to get my credits from the help line. After trying again over a week later, I still cannot get the credits I tried purchasing 3 times thru the app. Made the minimal purchase and yet no luck receiving the credits but I did receive an immediate notification from my bank the funds were expended.

Disappointed. The good... games are fun as can be expected and there is NO advertising. However, on December 5th I paid for credits and I did not receive them although my paypal was charged. My other concern is that I cannot link my "mychoice" account. I understand that there is a transition from marquee to mychoice but it's been months and I still cannot link. I dont have this problem with myvegas (mgm) or the total rewards (ceasars) games. Hollywood, step it up and please fix these problem

Well if the app would ever work past rhe log-in and load screen I'd give a better review but sincr no games will load without crashing the app it's nothing more than a space hog on my phone. It shouldn't lock *every single time* when trying to play on mobile when I have an Android that is top of the market. It shouldn't require turning off all other apps trying to get it to work. I've wasted enough hours trying to get it to function. Time to uninstall it for good.

game failed to load..... that's the only thing this game does- July 23 2019. The developer first left a reply in August to send them a message in app for a fix- the same app I stated doesn't load! Now, 2 months later, the response has been updated to sending an email to get help. Really? Sorry Charlie, I have moved on and have no interest in giving you another shot.

Needs work, can't view paytables on games and won't link to rewards card on app or desktop. Can't exit app and have to manually close it out. Also when leveling up it resets bet amount? Someone needs to be testing more often. Instead of having everyone that complains about issues send an email, which seems to be the usual response, just fix it!

Hi and thanks for your reply. Can I please ask are you going to be fixing the issue with regards to the bet changing to a much smaller bet when you level up? Also the info about the game has no visible button its just press by the bottom of the screen and you will open the game info and to close it press to the bottom of the screen on the left. It takes an eternity to unlock other slots. I'm on level 95 and that's taken me months of playing several hours a day. Regards, robinhoodski

Worst experience ever, "support" is the worst I've ever encountered, spent days trying to just reset a password only to figure it out on my own with no help whatsoever from your "support " team. May want to look into that. I will not be back and recommend all do the same! 1 star for actually playing when I could!!!

Review updated November 17, 2020. : it's been months since I was last able to log into this app. What gives. How about some action to fix the issue. Original review submitted in September 2020. I haven't been able to log onto the app for weeks. It keeps giving me an error message that says, " There was a problem starting up". I have played this app for years and have a lot of credits. I miss playing some of the games. Help....

Their technical team needs to be fired because they have not fixed any of the problems that anyone has addressed in the past year. We have not been receiving any of our tier points or comp dollars and our MyChoice account can not be linked to the app or online. I have never seen an app with so many issues. I myself have addressed these issues and nothing has changed. It's ridiculous that it has been over a year and they can't get the problems fixed.

Over the last few months the app seems to lag quite a bit. Takes forever for a game to load and some games won't load at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Restarted my phone several times. Nothing helps. Frustrating and aggravating.

I would rate it a zero if I could. Thought it a second give a try. Started to register but supposedly I was already with my email. So try my password but wasn't accepting it. Three times I was told to go to my email to reset, was never provided with that option as I didn't get any emails. Oh well there's other apps I can download.
