Holy Bible (KJV)

Love the app. The color palate for highlighting is wonderful (you can mix the colors). Easy layout tools for notes and concordance. I absolutely despise the pop up ads which is the reason I'm giving it 3 stars and not 5. I wrote and asked if I could pay to remove them, but never got a response. I'll be removing this app in a few days because of the ads...to bad...it could be great without the annoyance!

It's a great app but kindly fix these issues in version 3.5.8: 1. At times the app hangs when you access the Strong's dictionary and try to return to the normal view. 2. It seems like the app has lost the feature where it remembers where you were the last time you accessed the app. It keeps redirecting to the first chapter of the book you were reading even if you were at the end. 3. When you use the search tool and try clicking on the verse to view, it does not take you to the correct verse.

Very good app, many options, no inappropriate ads, good selection of Bibles and even languages, Strong's Concordance, and excellent highlighting and copy or sharing options! Pleasant background color choices also, easy on the eyes. A good set of Bible reading plans also, with a random verse daily! Only one problem, it's very easy to miss the random verses by accidentally opening the reminder before you can read the verse. I would love to have a "resend verse" option to get it back!!! Thanks!!!

Whats with the split screens? I have trouble reading small type enough, but having a split screen with two Bible verses EXACTLY THE SAME, side by side is very distracting. And as hard as I searched in settings, I couldn't find how to have just ONE rendition on the FULL SCREEN. I am so disappointed. I really wanted a KJV version w/ Concordance. ALSO, the annoying ads! No, I don't want a copy of The Book of Mormon. And as a lifelong Christian, I don't need ads trying to save me! I already AM!

I really love this app! When you are praying or are in church it disables the ads so you don't get distracted. The organization of this app is amazing, everything is easy to find especially when you ask for the tour around the app. They even have a 1 year Bible reading plan for you to do. It reminds you every morning to read your Bible and I need reminders sometimes.

Wonderful King James app! I like it and have used it alot since I took a chance and downloaded it. Very helpful tool for sure. I enjoy the old look to it, how the "pages turn", the ease of use, and especially the search aspect. If you search for a word or phrase, it will give you how many times that word is used in the Bible, and then give you, in list form, every verse with that word or phrase in it. Time saving, thorough, and easily readable. I have truly enjoyed using it! You will too.

Exhilarating! This app is simply amazing! What features, many ways to study God's Word and many languages and versions to choose from. Very insightful, more important and interesting aspects to learn the Holy Bible. Must have app! I especially love the cross references for various scriptures that saves time w/o leaving the page! I love it. Also this app allows various translations that will give more insight to the reader for acute learning God's word.

Wonderful app that allows you to always have the Word of God anywhere. Has a Strongs Concordance with it as well as a Bible dictionary. Allows you to highlight, make notes on the verses, and had several looks to choose from. You can also choose which Bible you want to read and can even compare them side by side if you wish.

I really like the app and all the aspects of the strongs, search and notes, but...the ads are so annoying, long and very disrupting. Oftentimes, i give up waiting for the ad to finish and have to run to my book instead. Just as others mention, Offer an ad-free version. It would be worth paying for.

Brilliant bible...it has many features highlights in multi-colours, easy scripture share, multiple versions, different screen modes...nice and easy for studying and versions comparisons and easy to make notes. One missing star is for not having NLT and that it does not have access to cloud storage; meaning if the phone gets lost, a person would have lost all the notes and comments made.

This is the best Bible app I've found. I've used a lot. Everything is customizable, searchable, and available offline. With audio features offline as well, this is the app I would make if I were to make one for myself. The only thing I would change is, offer an ad free version. Even with a cost (unless it's a crazy high price), it would be the best Bible App I've used. And I've paid for a few.

This is the best app I have ever seen in all my search for good Bible apps. And I must attest, this is the best among all the rest I've known so far. I encourage everyone to give it a try and I hope you'll never regret. To say few, every smooth navigation you are looking for is fantastic in here. Anyway, please on the highlighting feature side, I know is nice. But I want to suggest if you can add the UNDERLINED aspect to the highlight feature. Thanks

I appreciate the multiple languages and strong's definitions.The only app found containing both.However it's not user friendly. Important things (translations, comparisons, definitions etc), are complicated to find/access/carry out (if even possible), while the less important(yearly reading, topics, rate app, s.media sharing etc), have priority/easy access.Settings could be enhanced... Doesn't have the Amplified or similar versions. Would be nice to copy a word so one can look up on g.translate.

I've found it to be the best having used it for more than 2years now. I like everything about it, the navigation, the chain references, and the endless improvements i see every time. Thanks a lot for giving us such a great app it makes my studies of God's word easier and exciting. Its a tool everyone needs to have. I've even advertised it and encouraged many people to download it which they have done and are also very happy with it. Many thanks to the developers.

It's a very good app, reading one version, with another version parallel. However, when you select Strong's, the sentences have huge gaps, only one or two verses fill the screen. When you also open a new chapter, you are unable to select a specific verse. Otherwise, all is well. Thank you.

Invaluable tool. Easy to use. Love the King James Version being bundled with Strong's Concordance. Using a concordance really helps one get so much deeper into the word of God (and without having to learn Hebrew or Greek). I have a hard bound copy of Strong's Concordance but it is big and heavy and this app is great for studying and sharing God's word when I'm on the go. I like how I can keep my own notes where I design my own Bible studies by theme. A must have!

This turns out to be the best Bible app I've used in recent years. I so much love the cross reference features. Helps to make my study more enjoyable and easier. But it'll be better if you include some footnotes and concordance for better understanding of some scriptural concepts and timeliness. Except for that, no complains. Thumps up to the developers.

Great app I love the UI and everything Easy to navigate But my issue is with the update, I use a tablet and the update has very small fonts. When I enlarge the fonts,it only enlarges for the fonts of the bible. It would be nice if they include an option to increase the entire app's fonts. Also the variety of bible versions are not enough. If they could add documentaries, some more versions like the NLT,NIV,GNB or if we could get a website to download the .zbl files. And some more themes also.

Fantastic! The best Bible app I have used to date, with all the functions which I want in one. The ads can be disgustingly intrusive though, as you are reading God's Word a filthy ad suddenly may pop up in front of you. Developer needs to make a paid version to get rid of it, otherwise I will ditch it and go back to my previous Bible app.

I love this app in terms of having the Word of God always with me wherever and whenever. However, I wish to suggest an improvement to the plan readings. Is it not possible to have an easier way to scroll back to the days your have missed than the current method in use? Sometimes you may have read those days using a standard hard copy Bible and having to then scroll back to those days to cover up is tasking as every time it defaults to the current day and you start to scroll all over again!

There seems to be an issue. When it's reading a chapter out loud, it skips the last verse or two and moves on to the next chapter. It doesn't happen on my Samsung S8 phone with Android 9, but it happens on my Galaxy tab S8 with Android 12. Hope this helps you to fix it.

I've had this App for quite a while now. Have the scripture widget on one of my screens that provides a shortcut and change every day but was taken aback by the subjective and uncalled for comments suggesting that I haven't been following the reading plan and insisting I do! I have a hard copy of "Read the Bible in a Year" and have done so several times over. I'm currently a student of the Bible and do intensive reading which don't necessarily include using an App. Kindly amend your tutorials.

Wow❣️ I love this app, very easy to use. Does not drain my battery or cause my phone to lag. The ads are a bit distracting ONLY because I get so focused on what I am reading/researching. First Bible app where I was asked if I was in service 😳😁 and it skipped the ads and let me study. UPDATE: Still love this app but is there a way to pay for ad free? While i love the setting allowing one to turn them off, i would love to bypass that and just pay for ad free.

this app is a blessing! I need to be able to highlight ONLY a portion of the verse, not always the entire verse. I should also be able to navigate automatically from the concordance searches to verse directly. NKJV needs a pleasing audio. Strong's concordance should be updated. I want to be able to customize widget verses.

In all sincerity, this is the best Bible app I've ever used with many unique features and functionalities including audio that reads the Bible passages audibly and features that encourage you read the various sections of the Bible to enhance your spiritual knowledge. This app has the unique features of Bible references embedded with the specific passages and denoted with a superscript number which takes the reader to the referenced passages. Bravo. Keep this app stronger.

About a week or so ago, I was checking out a word in the strongs concordance. The progressive insurance ad pops up and froze. This is happening with flip or something like that, too. I'm trying to study and this is very disrupting. I also don't like to be forced to watch the ad for 7 seconds before being able to get out of it. Sometimes it takes a few seconds afterwards to get out of the ad. Satan likes to take your attention away from God and he's doing a good job with the distraction.

This is one of my best app ever. cross reference on point. everything perfect. i recommend it for bible study as it comes with various bible versions,it also has reference and a concordance. thank you developers for the effort you put into the spread of God's word. Please developers, when are we having an upgrade. Like adding the deuterocanonical books, like Susanah, Judith, esdras etc.

Very informative with the breaking down of hard to understand words or phrases. Very universal. Helps me everyday! The only downside I have about the app is that it freezes occasionally, where I have to uninstall it, then reinstall it again.
