Honestly the follow my health app was so much better you could see your results. You could message back and forth to your doctor. This app is much more complicated. Why change it.
Terrible app. Can not login to get to my records. Zero stars. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no success.
It's a horrible app! I can't get in. I keep uninstalling and reinstalling in the hopes it will work, but it won't. Horrible!
I can almost never get the app to open! It will not let me sign in. Not a helpful app when you cant even open it. Pleaae fix it!

Always freezes & is too big for the screen
Tried not only on patient portal, but cannot access results on Holzer's website. WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THAT?
Basically a non functioning app.
I'm sorry this is not Jari Cain I'm her Mother, Regina Lawhon. I am using her old phone and didn't know it would be her name that would show up, sorry sugar! I know Holzer wanted its name on the new app but the apps no good. The old one was great and so easy to use and had so much more content! If they redesign the new one to have the contents like the old app then I'll reconsider!
Will not go to login screen, I keep getting a blank page..help..this app is not updated
Went through, signed up than it said something about choosing an account to log in with had Facebook, Google, yahoo and other choices I clicked on one and nothing happened did this on the website and app.
If you can get logged in it works fine but only about 1 in 20 trys gets you to where you can put your password in. You can see the login page but it just stalls there with the 3 dots rotating there forever so you have to close it and try again. Super frustrating.
