Homage - Quality Home Care for Seniors

Most of the time, i still have to call Homage. For simple things like editing requirements, changing booking time by 30 minutes, etc. Also showed wallet balance at zero when there was $70 left.

Cannot cancel appt immediately. Goes to get help instead.. not straightforward. Once you book liable for cancellation fee. Not upfront on fees and charges. Other apps like doctor anywhere are more transparent, but longer waiting time. Anyway I booked and only know that my appt is one day after my current day. Anyway your choice.

Great customer support team. Managed to find suitable replacement care pro during two last minute incidents where the assigned care pro could not turn up. So far, the first two care pro are good fit for my MIL. They handled the moody needs of MIL very well. Only one request to change the third care pro not met because most of our requirements not met. Need to pay $25 for change even one existing care pro agreed to take over. Luckily, the third one is a people oriented person & good at Massage.

Set for tele-consultation session next day, no notification was given. So i missed the session and was charged $20. Easy money for them.

There is no notification when the appointment is happening and then they cancelled on me another 2 times in a row because apparently no one is available

This is the worst caregiver agency I have ever encountered. Caregiver cancelled at last minute, the hours taken as use. I have experienced this 3 times from them. When you ask them to check, they will take forever, hoping that you will forget. And they will charge ala carte charges when you didn't ask for it. Please avoid this agency at all cost.

After comparing their home based health screening services with another healthcare provider, M, I decided to give Homage a try. Pricing is very similar between the two. However, am not recommending this service as the 2 phlebotomists who came to my place were too inexperienced. Process were done in haste and confusion, and as my veins are not so obvious, they tried 4times to draw my blood from my left, right inner elbows and top of my hand without success :(

Vertex series launched in Pakistan but app is still not available in Pakistan.

Not just physical clinics cannot cope, even virtual care also cannot cope. Waited waited and waited no verification code to my mobile, triple checked my mobile to be correct but cannot proceed. Not sure if this is really working.

Can't indicate preferred carepro within the profile. Need to call and tell operator.

Sketchy. They tried to cancel my appointment over WhatsApp same day of booking and appointment. Didn't like the service so tried canceling in-app. There is an option to cancel (long press, cancel) but they won't do it. Instead they ask you to write in via Get Help to cancel. And after you do they say they will get back to you in 1 day... When the appointment is same day. Also, they're not transparent about their cancelation fees.

Had the same problems as Sherene Lee. Could not complete booking as payment could not be completed in App. Update on 23 Apr 2021 - looks like the App has been improved. It is stable now. It is essentially user friendly except there were problems with it one or two weeks ago.

Well designed app in general, has good status tracking. However, the image compression is too aggressive. All images transmitted via the in-app chat become illegible. Please fix that and you'll be 5 star

I wanted to see a doctor on 13 Dec. Chanced upon this app and after I have installed the app, the only available timing is for the next day so I made an appt for 14 Dec 830am. On the next day at 830am sharp, I switched on the app and the camera, waiting for the doctor. Waited for 10 whole mins and no doctor came. End up the app automatically cancelled my appointment and prompted me to book another one. I had waited a whole day for this appointment and yet I have try to book again. Not reliable.

Homage is a God-send. What's good: Care aids are professional and friendly. Efficient service all roubd. What can be improved: too many calls and emails. Advisers don't seem to know or check what info clients have entered into the app so you end up repeating yourself, filling in forms twice. Also there are many different Advisers so you can easily get confused and overwhelmed by the volume or emails calls from different people. Professionalism among the advisers varies wildly.

Can't begin on where this app can be improved. At best it is just a messaging app with no added value. Most of the bookings have to be done through phone.

Professional nurse not easily available on appt date. Nurse can inform Homage whenever she is free. So patient can get her service faster, than book appointment date.

Homage has failed to find Carepro for the past 3 months whenever we put up a request. Not reliable.

First time using the app, schedule my tele consulting appointment and was punctual and waiting for the doctor for 10 minutes and my appointment got cancelled !!! Utterly rubbish.. Uninstalled... The rest of the bad reviews are legit...I shouldn't have carry on to download and tried and my time wasted and I'm still very sick.

Do not install, after collecting your information the App fails to proceed further. Then I get OTP on SMS for some unknown services. Be very careful.

Doesn't even allow me to type my nric. Not something someone unwell would want to deal with. Too much trouble.

It wont let me proceed without assuming I am elderly and need help with minimum support with a cane...when i ticked it finally simply just to move on, it continued with more such like questions, assuming I am elderly in need of care. Just wanted a medical online consult. I dont think this app is for me!

Couldn't able to register since the sms code shows expired by the time we submit. I tried few times and now my number has been blocked itseems for registering. Please do kindly help me to solve this out. Thank you 🙂

cannot make new appointments and system keep experiencing timeout when making payment. Receiving repeated instructions via email and app prompts to make payment.

A very good service and APP for matching the needs of those requiring care for their families. Very responsive and helpful team.

Delighted by Miss Lecindra's assessment on patient. Very clear and informative and the expectations to the patient on the therapy needed. The patient response well to the exercises given.

Bookings and chats cannot be accessed on morning and afternoon of 19 Mar 2022. Error: `Unacceptable cerificate: OU=Go Daddy Class 2 Cerificstion Authority, O="The Go Daddy Group, Inc.", C=US`. Both care pro n i cannot access booking details. But luckily my care pro saved location address on her calendar and turned up at thr doorstep. The downtime is disappointing for a crucial caregiving service for our loved oned

Was responsive initially but nowadays response is not good via any mail communication. Update on caregiving profile had not being modify for weeks since informed.
