The app seems alright. My biggest complaint is every time I click on system performance it has an arrow to expand on and the app just gives me an error message. I would like to know what it is trying to tell me, especially when it has an ! icon. Also the humidity control option will not turn on and I don't know why. I guess I just don't know why it won't let me access random features.

I guess if it works you like it......after one week constantly telling me power off.....funny that I didn't lose power anywhere else in my house! Then after two weeks it just quit working. Worst thermostat I've ever used. Now during the coldest time, I can't adjust the temp and it just keeps running. I can't turn it off either. I would NEVER pay for this....it came free for 2 years....I don't even want it free. Just give me a plain programmable thermostat!

Beware! My HVAC service provider decided to break ties with Building 36. Now I am stuck with 2 thermostats and a hub which will not allow them to be controlled by WiFi. Building 36 doesn't have a stand alone app. Find another product

I like the wireless connection thru phone network. The only thing I feel not so flexible is the schedule that provides maximum 4 periods. I really hope we have more freedom and control over the schedule setting so that we can adjust when we want it on and when we want it off.

The application can be a lot more intuitive. There seems to be too many screens, views and options that require the user to have a level of knowledge, which shouldn't necessary. Very disappointing. - Heating and Cooling Home User

Too confusing to control notifications, too many options. we either were not shown correctly when installed, or software needs to be revamped. you add and change in so many areas, o e cant keep up, thus givi g up....defeating the entire purpose of having!!

for some reason all of a sudden this app has quit working and will not start up again. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it for five different times I have problems getting up and down to change the stupid thermostat and this is the only other way I can do it now I'm stuck to I have to get up which is very painful for me and I really am getting to regret service 1 installing the stupid thermostat I just can't afford to put in a new smart thermostat

settings appear to change heat use even when overriding schedules and runs the boiler full tilt. troubleshooting my circulators off a natural gas system resulted in all functioning well. thermostats use a clunky hub wifi that adds one more thing to my overcrowded cable and wifi booster setups. customer service a bit lost on what to do.

Just a horrible application that doesn't accurately control the HVAC systems. I would recommend staying away from BUILDING 36 and all of their products. Useless application and thermostats.

The house I purchased has a Building 36 thermostat and no documentation. I thought it might be as easy as downloading their App and creating an account. I was wrong. The App does not allow you to create an account. :-(

Horrible, is very inaccurate. Set the temperature and it keeps going on when it reaches set temperatures. My electric bill has gone up astronomically.

I am having hard time communicating app with thermostat. renting system from enercare whom dont really care. they keep delaying service appointments. been a week now with system not working.

doesnt work never turns on when i want it to. o will be calling my provider to remover their thermostat aswell. seems extremely unresponsive..

No longer working since update. Won't log in, no means of being able to log in. Booted out of app.

home screen for temp control changed suddenly and I cannot change the thermostat temp from phone anymore. Call centre guys are least helpful.

Had to delte app, reinstall, due to constant error message, now can't login again, useless, getting a more reliable system..

This app works when it wants to. Disability makes this necessary, but often it will not work. Not too happy.

the temp keeps changing and it went off line and no one gets back to me when I call HELP !!!!!!!!

Instructions on how to change the settings are confusing. Particularly with changing the temperature.

The motion detection does not workvand there is nobrecording when doorbell is pushed.

Exceptional service except the fact that thermostat doesn't go below 70 degrees

I'm able to control my thermostat from anywhere I am. Thats great.

After an update I lost the hability of take screenshots... Crucial for me...
