Worst experience ever, u can never reach them neither through the phone, email nor twitter and not the shop.. I received a lamp with missing pieces and no one there to reach and on top all of this I'm still receiving an email that I haven't collected my lamp yet!!!!!
I have placed an order and it didn't arrive. We keep calling the driver but he couldn't speak english,now we can't even reach him the call keep going to his answering machine. We called Home Center numerous times. We finally lodged a complaint but they couldn't answer us when our order will get delivered. They asked us to call again. We wasted a lot of phone credits already. It's extremely frustrating😡
Poor service, mobile application is very slow. My order was canceled by your IT Team recently and till date no refund has been made into my card.
It's a 5 star for sure ! As they give you a Shopping experience which is easy and quick checkout ✅. I highly recommend it .
Please adjust the app. Every time I open it and start to type in the search - it restarts.

Pathetic. Bar the fact that it keeps cutting out, when I finally try to pay for an order, nothing happens. Essentially try it 3 times, with no success. Clear the basket. Half an hour later get a message payment now being processed, for all the attempts. I do not want that amount of products

The application used to work properly before, but now this app is loading "Mattresses" page automatically in middle of my browsing other categories. It happens when you are browsing or switching between Apps. This annoys me to the extent I decided not to use this app anymore.
Country selection is not flexible in the App

I have been trying to reset my password and log in for past 2 months. I successfully reset my password but unable to log in an dot continues to give me error. Not a fan of talking to call center agents because of long queues.
Most of the features of the app are good, but when it comes to communicating with customer service, the chat feature just simply doesn't work. That's not what you'd expect from a company like Home Centre.
Pathetic support on delivery. They have outsourced it to some 3rd party company and there is absolutely no way to get any response. I even got an sms saying missed delivery whereas I was home whole day!!Landmark group can do better!!
The whole purpose of online shopping is that you order and they deliver, but I had to put so much time and effort for delivery and they don't have their own delivery which is wired! Also there is no support in the app, and their phone is always busy 24/7 and no way to contact them. They also don't reply to emails. Worse shopping experience ever, the support is very poor. I don't recommend to shop from them online. this app is useless.
I downloaded this app based on their Facebook Ads and White Wednesday Sale. Offers provided are good, however the experience of the App is terrible. Once we add something in the Cart, you can't open the cart in order to checkout. However you can choose to buy something directly, but in that case the payment methods are not acceptable and you get an error saying there was an issue and the payment was not processed. Their website also has the same issue.
The app doesn't let me navigate anywhere. When I click it, it says oops something is wrong. The link is broken or page is removed. Another issue I face is that it rarely works on WI-FI. It may only work when I switch to mobile data. I have been suffering with this issue for over a month.
I guess i am about to reiterate what my fellow reviewers have also felt. The app does not move beyond the homepage. I have tried everything ...installing reinstalling ...removing files. Doesnt seem to work at all. I am not sure whether its an android thing. However, seeing as it were, despite constant refrains, oldest being 6 months old....shows the lack of service, cuatomer care and horrible ecommerce. Not expected!
Extremely bad after sales service I bought a mattress which within 6 months got flat from one side and thn after contacting them They don't bother to replace or repair it
I have a very very bad experience about this app my order was delivered to someone else and confirmed that it is delivered to me. This app has the worst customer service no one replies back if you have any issue. If there was a zero star I will choose to rate!

When it comes to payments, my transaction are getting rejected and then later I received messages that it will be processed so for one items, I am going to be charged 3 times.
Your app is not successfully placing my order, repeating my orders and now im not sure if it will be repeatedly deducted from my card.
The worst online experience. An order was duplicated , paid in cash then the total amount got deducted from my card. Now i am struggling to get the refund.. call centre is always busy, their store employees can't assist, their online communication channels are not helpful
