Unable to login. Can enter details but it will not allow me to access the app as the login tab seems to not work. I have had to log in via the website which is really annoying and much more time consuming. App used to work fine until recent update. A few bugs but nothing as major as not being able to access app at all even after uninstalling and reinstalling several times
It wont let me log in! Has been the same since the update, and it's a shame as it was very good before then. I'm able to log in on my browser through the direct site, so it's no issue with my account, it's like the log in button doesnt work!
Absolutely RUBBISH! Doesn't let you see if a property you have bid for has been let or not but still shows you as SHORTLISTED for it weeks after viewing. For the last three days it won't let me log in and when it finally allows me to and I try to bid for a property, it responds: YOU'RE NOT LOGGED IN or INVALID SESSION or CAN'T CONNECT TO SERVER. WFT! People are trying to bid for a home! You know "an Englishman's home is his castle" and this app is playing with people's lives, in a negative way.
Useless app, everytime you select a page to open it displays a message saying I've been logged out. An essentially needed app that just doesn't work.... Admirable
for the past 3 months or so, it will not allow me to connect, buttons since not to be working, type in my details then it wont allow me to click anything else. nothing happens after. please help!!
I cannot log into the app, I put my details in and press login and nothing happens. It's been like this for ages now. I have to log onto the website to see anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it makes no difference. Please fix the app
Unable to log in, again... The email they sent has password but no user name, but the user name I have registers as unknown. Sort it out, guys, 20 working days for a response is dread. I'd get sacked if I performed like that
You cannot see your place in the queue on the app or easily get the information on the property and the offers arent messaged to you through the app so it's very basic and not user friendly
Absolutely rubbish never loads and if it does its just a black screen then you have to force close it. Don't waste your time.
Fix this fix this fix this 8 months later still not fixed. This is where all or hard earned taxes going. Whats the point of this us all u get us server error all the time. I cant bid. Get the developers to give you a refund or get them to fix it
Unable to log in as usual, tried to log in via internet same problem. Fix it guys, I have been on the waiting list for over 10 years and still cannot be offered a viewing.
This app definitely needs some extra works it's basic and purely for image, as you get nowhere by bidding what the council will never offer you. Tax money gone in the drainage.
Stopped working as others have said, this month. Not sure why. Having to use the online website which is a bit out of the way in comparisson.
It's OK, everytime you go into the app, even though you are logged in, it tells you "you are not logged in"... otherwise it's ok
For anyone struggling to make this app work, just uninstall and reinstall the app, and it will work fine again.
Still cant log in to the App, very disappointed, please fix it . This has been going on for some time.
Keeps saying bidding restricted on every single property whether it is suitable or not. Then randomly decides to allow me to bid then it restricts again.?
Just a black screen with a loading circle, that's all the app is for me...

Great app now that I can bid and also being able to view my bidding position.
I am in band b and I logged in for the first time today to see what properties are available to bid for and it keeps responding with 0 properties available, why is this??
Sorry,not impressed with this ampt today as it will not accept my log in details that the council has given me....If a service is there you should be able to look at what has been bidded for? As i have been given 2 propertys to view this week,i find the system very frustrating ,when you can't see your progress . The staff are wonderful and very helpful ,but this automated process needs looking at? Yours faithfully miss S C Smith .
Have not been able to log in since the update two days ago, prior to this it worked.
Huge improvement and much better explained real time and in terms of realistic availability than before

Just completely stopped working. Reinstalled and it's just useless.
Does not allow login anymore and description of properties was all mumbo jumbo.
I've been bidding for about 6 months and up until recently the app has been fine. Like all apps it has a few bugs which require sorting. I can't log in at the moment but I presume it's having technical issues. Not to worry, I can log on via my laptop.. Or even a mobile device. Its not the end of the world like some would suggest! A side note, it would be great if I didn't have to logout just to login every time but even that's not really worth moaning about! Hope it's fixed soon. Thanks
