So far, so good. Seems to have interesting items. Read the comments on the item before making your purchase. Item may be not exactly what your looking for. Sizes run a bit smaller. Shipping times and/or pricing, can be a bit tense at times. Especially when you select color and/or other options at the "Buy" button. However, with the sales, discounts, and promos, shipping & pricing can be forgiving. It says its a WISH app. Seems a bit more interesting then WISH, maybe cause its new, (to me). 😊

It would be nice if they had occasional free shipping. That's what I like about "Alibaba" they offer free shipping vs. paying for product n shipping. Also I think it's a rip-off that I'm being charged for each individual item in one purchase for example, I ordered spoons that come in a set of two, so I ordered three sets- I was charged three shipping fees, a shipping fee per item 😒! ...From the same place though?

Great app and so far, so good! No glitches. Revised 9/19/20) After experimenting with the app within the free week as my triall period I found that it was ok. Not many options or layout choices. Just from what I had access to, wasn't for me. I feel that we, the consumers, should automatically be given the 1st week FREE for a trial basis. This way, if the apps basic capabilities and functions work out to persuade us to keep the subscription then GREAT! Also, Apps (Builders/Desingers/Companies/etc) may want to rethink,plan, create or program their apps basic features with about 25-40% of the functions that would be programmed and included in the apps next level of their subscription.. If I am unable to work with the Apps FREE functions, I certainly will not pay to keep the subscription.

Almost all of my orders have been delayed multiple times, I've contacted support but all they've done is refund the shipping to store credit. They update the status and say that if my item does not arrive by "x date" to contact them for a full refund. I have done so before the deadline, only for them to say I'm out of the refund period, even though I have screenshots of the date specified. Dozens of items are now 2 months past original delivery date, and that makes it 3 months since ordering.

I just ordered and haven't received order as of yet. But I like the huge variety of products offered. Only one complaint I have is that if I order multiple of the same product from the same offer, you have to pay the shipping cost for each individual product. That I'm very unimpressed with. I believe if someone orders a product but orders say 3 of them but in 3 different colours or even all the same, you should only have to pay the shipping cost once not for each one.

I have mixed reviews. I have bought a lot oh things from both home & wish. some things I love, others not worth it. I have an issue when I get a prompt asking for a screen shot of my bank statement showing proof of purchases. I don't feel comfortable giving that & I can't for privacy reasons. I have tried to email as requested & it is almost as if it is an automated response with no information. Nothing showing "verified", a response or anything. - No personal touch. 😡

Have made 2 seperate orders and each time all of the $1 items were either unable to process so I go through an annoying process of getting a refund for each individual item. Or "HOME" fails to process my order fast enough so I do not get the item at the $1 price. Even though the money came out of my account for the item and shipping immediately. However, their system doesn't do it fast enough apparently. So I get a refund. Scam to get you to pay more

funny how the shipping rates change to compensate for when an item is free to make it the same price it would be when they charge for it or how shipping on this app is going up more and more. use to like this app, and still kind of do for a select few things. I just find myself using it less and less plus it sends info to Facebook unless you change that in settings. Won't be using it too much longer

This is Wish. com I have ordered many times from there. Something's are nice and others so so. I do not like the payment system out before you can make up your mind. I found to order one thing at a time is best. Always check ✔ shipping price for each item, each item has a shipping price some are high for the small item you are getting Buyer beware I will order again I am sure.

I like shopping here, some neat stuff and good prices. But when the cost of shipping is more than your merchandise something is broken\out of control. It definitely makes me pause and take items out of my cart. And it would be great if they would include the shipping fee on the items page, going back and forth to the cart is time consuming.

I've bought lots of good and bad stuff. But I have had some great bargains. Except the postage can cost more than the item...That's fine if whatever is free, we all know it's a form of advertising with is fair enough. My only complaint is whatever you look at out of curiosity it and related items are there all the time. We need a way to delete or block certain things - please. You know exactly what I mean...😏

Items won't be refunded...I have been ripped off, set delivery dates change, then after 2 months of waiting it's to late to be refunded. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY! an not to mention about "limited supply items" the have very cheap listing price, an you never get the item but they take your money for 2 weeks. It's a scam, again stay away! Updated..

It's definitely getting better. However why is the price in the app always higher than what's actually charged at checkout? Plus the shipping costs are ridiculous! Please do something about both of these concerns. I realize that it's cheaper to allow the customer to keep the items their returning however everyone doesn't return or want a refund so we shouldn't all have to pay higher shipping costs just because of "some" people constantly returning (getting refunded) while still keeping the inv.

love this website! Some people complain about how long it takes to receive an order BUT.... IF you take the time to look and search for an item whose seller ships from the US, you can overcome this big drawback. It takes a little time and a little effort, but it pays off in the end. There will be some things where this isn't possible but 3/4 is not bad. I'll take it and enjoy what I save by shopping this GREAT website!

You'll go broke in this site with all of the cutsie stuff that's nice to have but if the sale price is low, the shipping costs are high. If the sale price is high, the shippings' a bit lower. Compare, compare, compare.bc they're still going to get your money one way or another. Sometimes your orders are even "processed"for up to a week then you have to wait usually 2+ months to receive your items. Take screen shots of your orders bc some will disappear and your money is gone with no proof of it

Things take about a month to arrive. But so far everything I have ordered is exactly what I want and what I was expecting. There was an error on my end in the past with me buying the wrong size but they were right ontop of my problem and helped fix the issue right away. I will definitely be using this app for ALOT of things. I'm VERY VERY pleased with this.

Same site as Wish with the exception that you can buy from the USA. Shipping still takes a while. I get very annoyed with the shipping fees, they are expensive and you have to pay the fee even if you buy the same thing more than once. Ie.. if you buy 3 shirts from the same seller, you will be charged 3 shipping fees

Ordered things from Home before, they always arrived very late. Most of the packages were also either damaged or not the item I ordered, that said some of the items I ordered were perfect and I was very satisfied. But the last items I ordered never arrived, I had checked up frequently to see when my items would arrive and was asked to wait, then my refund time expired. I only get automated responses from customer service. I regret supporting and referring Home to family and friends.

I don't see any improvement in this app. You can't search by order (from low to high price) or by seller. You want to see a product, but you find many others non related when you are searching for something specific. Some items has a high cost of shipping.

Theirs a lot to love in this app heaps of cool product's along with some great prices but some stores miss lead you. on way too many products you see an advertised price until you click on it and the price jumps up and in some case's dramatically, the shipping has also become ridiculous when the app first started shipping was minimal verses now! And in some case's more than the actual product or the same price

This app is almost 5 stars. It has great selections and great prices, but the shipping is ridiculous! They need one set shipping price instead of insane shipping prices on each item. If the shipping was better they would absolutely get 5 stars and I would probably never order from anywhere else ever again.

Used 2 like until they stopped refunding me 4 some damaged & some non-received items, no matter how hard the proof & clear the evidence. In fact, all the apps including the "Wish", "Home", & "Cute" apps I don't care for. It just takes 2 long 4 the orders to b delivered, & *IF* they DO get delivered, they usually wind up broken, missing parts, quantities, r cheap materials, knock-offs, counterfiet items. Clothing often runs small. Hopefully, I'll discover a better, large-variety shopping app.

Home is a good source to buy some things , however, shipping cost increases has hindered alot decisions in buying some things. Clothes , shoes , jewelry and a few other things have to be purchased very carefully , because their sizes or measurements are sometimes a bit confusing. Overall, they do have some good reasonable buys. Just be careful and enjoy. Most of the things you order will be wrapped pretty good when it comes . Sometimes the package you ordered may arrive early.

The products I have ordered have, for the most part, been great. Good quality and fast shipping. When there's a problem with an order, they are quick to replace it or refund me. I like these guys. This is technically Wish ( it's a branch of them at least) but the quality is higher I think. It's a good app. I use it constantly.

Very disappointing shopping experience. First two items were earrings and they were huge, far, far bigger than the photos. Complete and purposeful deception. Third order had parts missing. Really annoyed that these are my first experiences of this app.

Since the pandemic started customer service has plummeted. Near impossible to deal with a person only a bot. Orders from April still in warehouse yet I can't get a refund. Delivery due dates just keep getting extended. Wrong item arrived and am unable to upload a picture without giving permission for the app access to my photos and videos. Hell no! Never had this before and I've uploaded pictures for reviews.

Stuff is awesome, affordable and diverse in selection... So many different things, so many different catagories and stuff to choose ffom and alot of real unique items. The only thing is once the item is gone... Its gone, i wish there was something like back order or a way they could re stock some of the items. Unfortunatly for me, i want everything i see on this app !! I love it.
