Developers I have two things to say to you as a fellow developer myself. I like the concept, but theres one thing that seems to be a red flag to me, multiple merge 3 games are set to be either impossible/sheer chance at a certain level or just gets really difficult too quickly. The second is the case here, you introduce a lot of mechanics really quickly and it quickly becomes harder to do the puzzles. 2nd this is a really great idea and I like this so apart from what was mentioned keep going!!!!

Ready to uninstall. Stuck on level 65 & time & time again: 5 tries, 5 fails, 5 x more frustration!!! What's the point of working so hard to get stymied? I know they want you to spend money but this is ridiculous! (It's times like this that I do truly miss Shareware!!) (Edited)Okay, level 164 & getting ready to unstall for sure. 2 turns for watching a video nets you being FORCED to watch it even when you choose to 'play through.' Thoroughly disgusted.

DEFINITELY NEED A FIX. I have been playing this game for YEARS snd I LOVE it... until the last few days. I've never had an issue loading, collecting rewards, purchases, etc. Now all of a sudden I can barely load the game. I've tried the usual uninstall/reinstall, restart my phone, etc. Nothing. Even if you're lucky enough where the game loads, forget trying to do anything besides play a level. It freeze when you go to pick a design, switch modes, even when you go to collect a reward now.

Not working since the latest update! I've played this game for a few years, multiple times a day. Very hooked and never had an issue until the latest update. It constantly crashes and freezes and struggles to get past the start up screen. Very disappointed and hope its updated very soon!

Been playing this game on and off for years. No problem until the last few months. Now it crashes all the time, and always when I'm due a free hour of play. Going to uninstall if they don't fix it soon. Update: crashing got worse and it's now unusable. Uninstalling.

I loved this game til recently!!! It freezes now A LOT!!! It's very frustrating when you're playing & it suddenly freezes especially when it happens right before collecting your rewards & you have to play the level again!!! Lately it freezes just pressing the play button!!! I can't believe it's been almost a week!!!

Game has been crashing constantly lately, just done an update yesterday which I'd hope would have fixed the issue. Unfortunately not, I love playing this game but I think it's time to find another one that doesn't have as many bugs....or ads!! Way too many and very annoying!!

Fun concept but after the first few rooms, it gets way too hard to win the mini games. It can take days to get enough coins to buy just one peice of furniture! Ain't nobody got time for that. And with a choice of just 3 really boring colours for each item, it's hardly worth your time.

Game is awesome but it's very annoying that the endless lives we get now and then need to be used immediately. If we could just have it counting when in game it would be awesome. Right now I get some time to play then I finally get through a difficult level and need a break but then I'll lose endless lives because it keeps counting even when the game is closed, not fun. Also just so many ads the game becomes unplayable.

I've been playing this game for several years and haven't had any issues until this last update. I previously rated 5 stars, but lowered it due to game freezing all the time and pretty much unplayable now. Please fix!! I want to keep playing!

I like the new designer vs designer y'all just added. I would really like to see the results of the competition to stay on screen longer. Or perhaps it would be possible to make them into an "album" of screen shots? But be sure to have both designs so we can see where we need improvement.

Pros: It looks great, really well-designed, you really can play for free if you're patient. Cons: The cost of the design elements is often silly. Things like $1,800 for one floor lamp or 2 pillows for the couch are frustrating.

Ever since the upgrade in April the game glitches to the point where I no longer play. It just freezes all the time. Prior to this I played every day and loved it. The developers really need to fix this.

I just got a new phone and was unaware that I needed the ID # from my old phone. Contacted support and they are supposed to get back to me. I'm so upset. As of now I have lost everything. Please fix!!!! Still haven't heard back from anyone. Got an automated email saying to contact them via the game link, have been doing that since Friday!!!!!

Was once one of my favorite games to play. Now app freezes constantly and I'm unable to complete my levels. I'm hoping developers correct the problems before I breakdown and uninstall.

Have played over 3000 levels but over the last month, the app keeps freezing and I can't play. Also my gem level never changes, has been at 80 for over a year now, not sure why they never increase over time from the points I make, money I win from a level etc. Another thing, a lot of the winning $ amounts are the exact same, even if I did better on a level

This is really a good game stimulates the brain I love the challenges but I don't understand why I can't collect diamonds which I have earned or fail to purchase certain premiums then what's the whole point of earning them. And the only way to add moves is to play adds you need to review those things

I have played this game without any isuues until recently. It keeps crashing and freezing even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. The craziest thing is that my sister has this game installed on her phone. (The same phone as mine). And she has no issues whatsoever.

Theres several times when I cant even get the app to open without crashing. It would also be nice if rewards werent just coins... i need more bonuses and power ups. Daily bonuses! Adequate payout on levels so I can actually keep going. Love this game but there's TOO much going on for little reward.

I love this game. It's the only game that I play. Have over 16 million coins. Unfortunately I haven't been able to play for over two weeks. It either doesn't load or if it does it freezes. Hope they get it fixed soon. Would really hate to delete it.

I've loved this game and played daily (over level 6000). But after this last update where they added more "watch this video for more lives" it freezes or won't open every day. I don't want to give up - hoping they do something!!!! Well they got this fixed. But now the watch video thing disappeared. What happened?

Used to love this game and have been playing on and off for years but now it crashes every time I open the app. Might be straight away or it might be half way through a level but it crashes every time. It is now unplayable. This would be a 5 for me if it would work!

Brilliant game, when it works! My review in feb was 3 stars: "Can't play atm, just keeps crashing." My review in May 1 star. Won't even get past the loading screen. Extremely disappointed as it was my favourite game, and has been for a few years.

Most of the time, the app won't open. When it does open, it freezes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. It was updated today and still won't work. I've tried using cell phone data and my wifi...it's still doesn't work.

I've played this game for several years and the last maybe two weeks the app keeps crashing and getting frozen when will you fix this issue? I'm about to uninstall and find a new form of entertainment!

Can't X out of ads. I have to keep restarting the game causing me to lose lives! Everything is updated and phone has been restarted, but didn't work! *UPDATE* STILL NOT FIXED!!!

This game is really good and challenging. As you level up, it gets more challenging, but the levels are winable over time. My issue now is that they have added ads. Not only CAN you watch ads to get more turns, but, even if you don't watch an ad before a round, and you lose the round - you get an AD? And many of the ads are close to a minute long, and then with a pause so you have to wait 5 seconds longer to get back to the game. Have played about 10 rounds in the past 3 days. The ad "system" has ruined the game completely!
