Love the bank and had no issues with the app prior to this past Friday. Now it won't open at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Called the bank. They don't know why it's not working and will call me back. That was yesterday. Still waiting on the call and the app still won't open. Tried turning my phone off and back on. Still nothing.
Not working only get a message that it won't start!
Can't check my balance anytime of the day or night. This application no good. I've never been treated like this. Go to the bank, they charge you for everything. They didn't before. I have other bank accounts and this one is worthless. Can't contact in the middle of the night through email, either. A poor excuse for a banking application. When I called they gave excuses and wasn't even when I tried to open the app. Said it wouldn't work during closing hours. It doesn't work even during open hours
Love this app. Makes it easy to check your balances and transfer money from your accounts. Could fix the app so we could click on each transaction and see exactly the info for the transaction.
I am unable to open app...keep getting the error that I need to call for assistance..haven't been able to open app for more than a week. Very frustrating..I have un installed and re installed with only getting the same error message
The app crashes constantly
No longer working. App gets stuck on the startup screen with the Home Federal logo and never opens to the login screen.
Most unreliable app ever. Always crashing. Always seems to be not working when I need it most. Uninstall and reinstalling doesn't help.
Half the time works great then other times when i open app it freezes won't let me enter password and i have to uninstall and reinstall. Doing it again as we speak
It is often down with no warning at times it has been awful because I have been out of town and after banking hours unable to get to my account.
Always have a hell of a time logging in. 99% of the time I have to force stop the app to maybe get it to the log in screen on the 3rd try if I am lucky
I've had absolutely no problems with this app. Our family has baked with you for twenty two years, and have all been completely satisfied. Thank you, for all you do!
Best bank I've worked with... Ive been working with them for just a little over 2yrs now. The only problem with this bank is that it's not a national bank like for example Great Western, or Wells Fargo... They're your locally owned bank that knows a little about you and knows your name as soon as you walk in the door and make you have a better day when you leave than the way you came in! Thanks Home Federal Bank for your hospitality, and great service!
Very easy to use, and especially with fingerprint log in, easy to check in on.
Can't open since last year uninstalled reinstalled still the same too bad because this app was really helpful.
Absolutely bare minimum for a banking app, never works right have to close it and reopen it 5 times for it to got say "error" garbage app.

this app makes my life so easy. you can pay Bill's transfer money from other accounts and so much more. lov lov lov it!
It's easy to use and rarely requires getting help because it is just a very good app.

App is randomly unavailable in the middle of the night. Easy to navigate interface with some nice security considerations I wouldn't have expected. Latest update on Jun 16th seems to have broken the app for my LG V30 Android version 9. When opening the app I receive a message saying "An error has occurred, please call for assistance." before I can get to a login screen, and no way to get around the message.
