Ever since the last time the app was down to do"maintenance" I can never log in. It always says connecting to banking, then it changes to it's taking longer than expected then it says that my connection may be slow and then it just sits there and keeps trying to load and never logs in. I know it's not my connection. I've uninstalled n re installed . So annoying, I've only been able to log in once since December 29th I think it was. I cl
Works ok but crashes a lot while entering multiple deposits. Occasionally shows a deposit was successful but does not show up in my account. I shouldn't have to follow up on every deposit to verify its success.
Good app, though i haven't been able to log in for rhe last week. It shows logging in and then it says "loading... Connecting to online banking, please wait" my screen display is set to shut off after 10 minutes and i let it load but it still didn't load before my screen turned off.
Easy and accessible, little to no issues with the app. It's easy to use and I can get to it quickly.
Ever since the last update, this app is SO SLOW! It takes several minutes to log in (if I can log in at all). The only thing noted in the newest update is "Performance Enhancements" what a joke.
Security is great with this app. The app works great, without any problems. If you want high security and peace of mind , use this app for your online banking with Home Federal.
Really annoying password reset issues, I honestly am considering switching banks because of the app, not a fan.
Won't work. Tells me I need to change app settings to allow pictures to be taken. One more shortcoming (of many) with this bank. Take your business elsewhere.
Won't let me log in now. Just keeps loading. Home Federal does not care about their customers or trying to keep their app functional. Time to switch banks and let this one die.
Can't log on just keeps saying logging on . I've waited for 5 minutes on the app and it still says logging on. Please fix!

Well designed, easy to use. Not slow. If it is, it's you device.
This app is constantly loading and you have to wait 5-10 minutes and it still won't let you view your accounts.
