You need to have a language option at the BEGINNING of the app, not at the end after answering all the questions in Ivrit!!! Also, your app is USELESS for letting us know what is going on across the whole country. You only have an option to select 3 cities!!! What a stupid decision you made to block the Red Alert apps!! Bring them back!!!
The app didn't work at all during last days. One user pointed out that the app starts in hebrew (which for the meantime is not an international language) and only at the end of the setup gives the user the option to change the language. On my opinion also, this behaviour should be changed and the user should be able to change language at the beginning.
seems like they took the suggestion to add the language option at the beginning... but it doesn't work beyond that! there is no 'region' to select, no drop down at all. i tried typing Rehovot, Rechovot and רחובות in Hebrew and in English and it didn't recognize either of them!
all the improvements and bug fixes worth nothing if HFC doesn't update the content. The last (actually the only) updated message is from 2018. No Red Alerts warning at all. Looks quite useless as for me.
Trying to set this up on my phone and it is not working. every area I enter or city gives me the choose a valid city response. I don't think this works.
This is useless unless you read Hebrew. There is no way to know what it wants you to enter on the first screen and no way to skip past it to get to language config. PLEASE stop blocking RedAlert - it was working great, and in English!
Very unfriendly UI. Doesn't let you select a region for alerts. Gives off odd error messages such as "no network access" despite being online
this app don't have Spanish language opcion. how do the spanish speakers in Israel can follow your guidance if they don't understand?. Spanish it's the third language most spoken in the entire world and in Israel there is information in different languages but Nothing in Spanish. 250000 Spanish speakers lives in Israel are not important to you?
please bring back Elad Nave's red alert application, it has much more experience and therefore better than this and any other application, joining your technology of immediate and accurate alerts with the functionality of his application will bring safety and better service to all
User agreement loading cannot connect to server so keeps you from entering the app. What a junk. Waste of time and tax money.
please remove the block on the other apps. there's no reason to block them as they help share your services better than your app does.
useless app. it doesn't work. alarms in tel aviv (20 min ago) but no told the app... no updates, no alarm (tel aviv is in places of interest)
Did not work at all, the app keeps getting stuck and I can't even choose where to get the alarm.
looks like you, guys, want just "israeli born jews'' being saved. blocked other apps and left that one with inconvenient interface + no english. sarcastic app.
It doesnt work properly. It gives alert even when there is none in the area.
Download the app, open it, asked for language and selected English, froze for a minute before not translating anything yet stayed on the English option. Get your $#it together cuz ppl need to know when rockets are raining down in a language they understand. App needs tremendous help

This app is useless! Except procedures how to behave in various kind of events, it doesn't provide you anything. It doesn't show you alarms in live for your defined area and at all. It doesn't present you news or updates direction (school and work activities). NOT RECOMMENDED!

App keeps crashing. Useless.
Please hire someone more serious or at least give the data access back to the other apps out there - who made a much much better work
Not working - even the first few screens
Let us use the apps you blocked! "Red alert" צבע אדום is much better than this!!! This one is not intuitive! Messy with too much going on! Only three areas to choose! & SET LANGUAGE OPTIONS FIRST! Seriously - grabbing monopoly in addition to giving a not perfect option is not acceptable.
