Overall a pretty good planning app. I wish the satellite images were a little clearer, you could adjust the overall background size, and it had a point to point ruler, which is the most notable exclusion. However there are rulers on the borders and grid lines are available. Additionally, the app gives the option to share on social media, but none of the connections work. I've been emailing the plans to myself and downloading from there as a direct download option is missing.
Pretty good, it works on my phone. It could use some more options (like cropping an element instead of just resizing it,) but it works well enough on my phone. Sometimes it gets stuck when an item is selected, but I have found that if I tap the back button (to go back to the gallery) it saves the item where it is, and works again upon entering edit mode.
This is a great app if you want to design your own garden by trying plants and various shapes in different areas of your garden to see what they look like from above. You can draw your own shapes in if you can't find something suitable in the stock ones. The app uses layers so if you have used Photoshop or Procreate you will find this very easy. You can design in one layer (except for sketching). The app is free and has no adverts. You don't have to permit the app to access your contacts/photos.
Very easy to use. Free app comes with several icons to use. Pay version may have more. Diagram is not 3D. Airial view only but is good enough to accomplish a decent layout. I do dioramas and had one from my eye's view to complete layout in less than an hour. Is a little touchy in placing icons but with practice...you can get a feel for it. There is no other free CAD plug & play app even close to this and the only one I could find that would do what I needed to do outdoor layouts. Very pleased.
It's a bit difficult to move the images around and place them in the right spot when they've been reduced down to size so I can see why people have said a stylus would be really useful. Or having an "overall zoom" function would be great so that you wouldn't need to reduce the size of the single image when placing it in your design. But other than that I have really enjoyed using this app. It's been super helpful to be able to picture how my garden will look.
Love this! I wasn't able to locate my position, but found it zooming in. I was able to design my dream backyard that hopefully soon I will be able to make reality. I love the features, but I wish there were a little more options like a bird bath.
It was very helpful. I do wish there were some more organic shapes in addition to the regular shapes. I also wish you could alter the dimensions a bit more without the aspect ratio being locked. If it had these abilities I would bump it up to 5 stars.
Really like the app, closest to the capabilities that I've been looking for compared with many many many other apps I've tried. Would happily give 5 stars if polygons and straight lines could be drawn on the layers themselves, not the map.
Well thought out app. I'd like more exact control over shapes and sizes though, and an indication of the size of the grid, not just an arbitrary sliding rule. Unless I just haven't found those features yet..
Really like this app, easy to use. Only thing what you could do. Add more stuff what can i add garden.Could be even best app for all of the time if you add 3d look from side. So you can make side view of your plan. Ps,add go back button,so you dont have to go back main menu evry time :)
Very nice app! Works well, and allows you to get your ideas on paper. It has simple and intuitive user interface that makes Planing a breeze. No adds, no payments! I can recommend this to everyone!
Pretty cool. It'd be much better if the pictures of the property you were landscaping weren't so grainy. Also, I'd like to suggest having more options with the plant graphics, construction options and etc.
An app that let's you make custom landscapes is hard to find. It isnt just a gallery like most. Very adaptable, can give accurate representation before you spend money to do it in real life
4 stars :For a free app with minimal ads! Controls aren't all that intuitive; very fiddly and difficult to manoeuvre and order elements between layers. Also doesn't cope well with grouping items while maintaining the desired order.
Excited, i absolutely LOVE THIS APP 😍🌸 The graphics are perfect, was easy to learn how to use (tip# go through the tutorial from the start)! and the selection of plants and rocks are more than expected... hooray!
Amazing app! so useful and simple unlike a lot of others. The map feature is perfect! My only issue is the ability to resize objects as you can't stretch them, only enlarge.
Definitely a great app to get your ideas down. I didnt want anything too in depth and this was perfect. If you have an iphone you will have to purchase the app, but on android its free to a point. Very fun and kind of addictive.
What's happening! This app used to work, now when I click it I get a message saying 'needs to download more content' I click download and nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, I even left it a whole 2 weeks and reinstalled. Can't seem to understand what's happening.
This is exactly what I've been wanting for sketching out ideas for my yard! Pretty intuitive to use (though I do have a graphic design background). I got the hang of with just a little playing around.
very useful. needed to make a quick sketch and have it available on my phone. this app came in handy. doesn't have all the fancy features of an actual software program but it does the job. easy to use.
It's a great way to do some simple planning (aka exactly what I wanted) if your looking for somthing advanced this isn't it. If your just wanting somthing to help you visualize what you want then its it's perfect
More user friendly than other and it has grid lines!! Import your land from Google maps to get a pretty close scale of actual. No locked items, and good plant options.
Love this app! Very useful for yard planning. I love how you can work on individual layers and lock layers. Very, VERY handy and helpful. Recommended to friends.
user friendly and easy to use. i wish you could stretch shapes rather than just shrink or enlarge them. a few more options would be nice as well.
The app couldn't locate my address to include an ariel starting point. I could not zoom in and add it manually either. The tools were not very intuitive or clean looking
Great for a complete beginner. Would like to be able to adjust shapes and sizes a bit more. I'm sure there is more I can do with practice and time. Nice to be able to get a quick overview. 😊

AMAZING!! We have a large blank canvas of a yard and we have so much to do it. Building decks, outside games, tress, plants, furniture placement etc.. we struggled to envision it all and trying to explain it to contractors. I found this app and its amazing! Now it is limited if you want crazy detail. But an overall look with many choices and extremely user friendly and free, this is for you!
