Home Renovate 'N Sale

For what it was, it was actually pretty fun. It needs more to do and more items to decorate with. I have done everything I could with this app and now there isn't anything left, so unless you update it frequently it leaves people no other choice than to uninstall it. Personally I could do with less plants and arcade games and more pictures that can be on the wall.

This game is very fun and relaxing, but goodness gracious tone it down on the ads! Having a big bar of ads on the top of the screen is incredibly annoying and is not a thing in many other, fully developed games. It also covers up part of the game. Running a video between missions is fine. That's the first reason why I'm uninstalling. Second reason is that I'm worried my phone is about to catch on fire this game makes it get so hot! Fix those and I'll happily reinstall.

Overall I enjoyed the game and completed the levels available. Main complaint is the actions. you have to look directly at whatever you're doing or it won't work. I'm happy there were multiple graphics level options. The other thing I didn't like was that wall/floor tiles were just stretched, so nothing looks even. Also some areas are broken and instead of painting a wall, you'll paint a window, and you can't undo it. I love the concept. I'd prefer a click-to-do-action and wait instead of hold.

Lots of potential. There are some bugs that need to be fixed. Sometimes during a mission, the counter doesn't work properly. Theres also one where when you finish furnishing a house to flip, it just goes back to the PC and you dont actually flip the house. Aside from that, maybe fixing the textures and getting more missions would be good.

i love the game in theory and understand it is still being developed which is why this isn't a 3*. There are a few tiles in the Home that cant be tiled or painted. The grammar in the game is confusing at times. With the bug fixes and some more options for patterns and furniture, this could easily be a 5* game. Looking forward to future updates!

Definitely improvement, just wish I could redo houses (even if I don't gain profit for it) or build walls. But overall great, got it when first came out so huge add ons. However I check the game everyday and hope for updates, I understand it takes time, but part of me wants to delete just so I can actually play again... I can't, it saves the progress

This game could be really good, it needs some instructions on how to get started. It also needs more choice of colours , designs and styles of decors and the ability to place windows, radiators, new doors etc. I don't mind that graphics aren't great but it could be more exciting in design.

I'm not sure how to start..... this game has a lot of potential, but it has a lot of flaws. Some jobs can not be completed because you can't fibe the dirty area to clean. it needs more furniture options. Would love to be able to flip the outside and actually sell to people. At the moment i cant do much with the game, so I will look out for the updates

First Review: I've played the last few hours and honestly it isn't a bad game. A few issues with touch calibration and lack of tutorial made it a bit confusing but for the most part I got it now. -"Go to menu" takes multiple taps before it stops tapping the destroy icon in top left. -I can't find where to sell the houses I have fixed so I fix them and receive nothing for them -Demolishing with sledgehammer doesn't work on broken decks/porches so the house looks weird -Should be able to add a wall if we're able to demolish a wall These are just small things that I saw issue with but I will edit this when I play a little longer. :)

Can we adjust the day and night settings instead? I don't like how it suddenly becomes too bright.So annoying.I also wish you add more houses and some bedroom furnitures.Graphics is good though.

All thought the game was verry entertaining after buying, fixing, and remodeling all the rentable houses there was no more to fix and have fun with and it was a huge let down honestly, also it would be nice if you had the option to buy or expend your own home. The game was fun at first but with out more options it went by fast and I will probably due to the fact I can no longer have use with it

Good game. But I think some developments can make it better. Sometimes it lags, I couldn't paint the wall with other color, I couldn't rotate the furniture, but after reopening the game, it worked well. Some challenges or different modes might made the game more interesting.

Pretty entertaining game, would be better if it didn't glitch alot of the time also I've pretty much completed the game. If you could add some more things to do then that would be great. Would recommend this game as it is time consuming and can keep you entertained for long periods of time. Great for lockdown if theres more to do on the game ☺️

Dissatisfied, the concept of the game is great, but the control and gameplay is awful, Controls are understandable but when placing objects they seem to be facing diagonal or not able to place flushed with the wall. also you can break walls but not build any, when selecting certain items for the walls such as paint some of the colors you cant choose except it goes to the next color, also there seems to be a glitch where when cleaning some spots disappear. Needs update bad.

I give this game 4 stars because there are so many facilities but one problem is irritating me when i come to this game and click mission and go any house to clean when all decorative items get black but this game is nice you can also download it.

This game is good. Graphics are nice and controls are easy to handle. My onle problem is that i've done all the task. And design my own house. Yet still the game is not updated and don't have new levels. Hope you read this review and solve the problem cause i realy like this game. That's all

This game has a lot of potential. The only things its need to make it better, would be better controls,being able to remove paint and stuff off the walls(when renovating your house), and more tools and things to do. Seeing as this game reminds me of a pc game I had seen earlier, I know it could be successful.

The game needs alot of work to say the least. There is not much in the way of products to do the houses up with very limited indeed. And there isnt meny houses to choose from either. Could be a good game if these issues were sorted. Need more colour choices more tile choice and flooring choices and products to be able to do the house up with ie bathroom appliances , living room appliances and more of a range of kitchen appliances and cabinets.

Some suggestions, the ability to add additional -windows-doors-walls/rooms. additional -colours (paint, tiles)-furniture (colour,style and sizes) -decorations-bathroom item's (one item listed as bath is a toilet when it comes to placement). But all in all a good game in the making, I completed all assignments and renovated and sold all property's i can't wait for an updated and what it has to bring.

It has a bit of a lag, I may be doing this wrong but it doesn't let you take up floor tiling once you've put it down, and some of the floor won't even let you put tile down. I think that it has a lot of potential, I love home renovation games, but this one just doesn't have what it takes. It would also be helpful if they added the hammer to the inventory instead of having a separate button for it.

Had to uninstall right away. Looked forward to playing started to renovate the 1st free house and kept getting a blank screen when i went to "shop" for renovating,paints and tiles popped up for a second but then went away and kept doing that. I cant play if i cant obtain the objects to play with.

Really glitchy, tried it for a while to give it a chance despite several bad reviews. Couldnt mop the floor at certain spots and couldnt turn items that I was placing in the house. Tried putting in a kitchen set and it kept being on a terrible angle so one half of the set was going into the wall.

I tried mopping a certain area multiple times and the stain wouldn't lift. I tried covering it up with tile, but that didn't work. Try working on these bugs and the controls a bit. The game has great potential.

Love home renovation games but this one is the worst. There are some many issues and bugs with this game after two hours of gameplay I uninstalled. The problems are as follows: (1) doesn't tell you how much money you have. (2) can't repaint walls, once you've painted it one color it's permanent. (3) there's a glitch with the control of throwing away trash, it's a hit and miss. (4)glitch with demolish button. (5) can't rearrange furniture once placed.

It's fun, but some areas of my home are glitchy. I can't change the ceiling, certain wall panels, place kitchen pieces where I want, or move the computer. The settings button overlaps with the design options when decorating the houses you flip, and there aren't many tools to work with. I would like to change and add doors & windows too.

Dl-ed 2 house flipping games & I would like to continue downloading to see what's the best house flipping game. I dl-ed this game because it says that I could demolish a wall, in which the first game I dl-ed failed to have but 10 minutes in this game, I decided to uninstall it. The control keys are hard to understand, the action key is in the left side & I cannot change it. Some of the keys arent even responding! The graphics are bad! I cannot see the price. It has also lots of adsDisappointing!

I know this game is "under development" but it had no real game play at all. I've had it for a day and am going to get rid of it because once you've done your emails and renovated the 4 houses you have nothing to do. It has potential but until you can build walls, create decent bathrooms or kitchens and just make the place ok then it's just going to be a pass from me. God the technology items had more options than the bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms or longerooms. Also I wasn't aware it was "under development" until I started the game. Not keen at all.

Seems way to early to be a playable game. First of all there was no tutorial which was ok since I played one similar. But its really unfortunate it doesn't tell you how much money you have or how much money the materials or anything cost. Needs a lot of work,but shows promise. Also, I wasn't able to buy the first house to renovate and I even watched two adds to get money.
