Rewards what's the point of having if you never reward customers for anything.i been signed up for years and when I click on rewards NEVER AND REWARDS And I order twice a month 2 XL PIZZA. Never get points nor any rewards.
I love Home Run Inn Pizza. I'm just disappointed that the app no longer accumulate points for customers to retrieve rewards.
Was very easy to use the app and build your own pizza
No credits when ordering in restaurant. Would automatically receive points when you paid with a registered card. Spent $200 on dinner, didn't even receive an extra napkin let alone any offers or coupons. This app is horrible now. Ready to delete.
There is absolutely no contact or interaction from this app of any kind other than being able to place orders. Not really sure what to do with it?
Your Berwyn store needs to retrain their cashiers my wife picked up an order from the Berwyn store and the cashier had a very nasty attitude towards her don't know what it was about but you all need to train them to leave their problems at home thank you don't make this the last time I use your restaurant
The app won't let me sign in and suggests to reaply. When I do, tje app states I already have an account. I even sent an email for assistance. They tell me the same thing the app does.
The app works for me, but why don't I receive any rewards?
my rewards do not show up in my app. I have to look for them in my email. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. every credit card I try to register the app claims it already on file.

I just signed up literally 10 minutes ago and the app won't let me do anything. It keeos freezing when I try to register my cc. Won't let me place an order, keep getting error messsges, so I just uninstalled. Very disappointing because I love HRI pizza and I knew I would be racking up points. Wahhhh!
I 💘 Home Run Inn 🍕. The app was awesome and order correct. Wish I get more ads. I'm a senior citizen.
Very slow and doesn't allow you to change or update password. Went through a big hassle when I forgot my password.
Difficult to navigate. Couldn't use my reward online so had to order on the phone and had to go into the store.
This app never accepts any of my 5 credit cards. I order pizza elsewhere, from an app that has no problems.
Easy and convenient
Love making HRI my weekly go to for Saturday Buffet - great tasting and awesome wait staff = Sue S. and Yezenia! App on the other hand is disappointing - recently lost approx. 3-4 $20 Rewards and a couple Free App/Dessert Rewards as I wasn't aware they expired - Expiry Dates not shown to track or reference 😫 - App wiped them off my account, including my VIP status 😟 Finally regained my VIP status today and REDEEMED my Free Dessert - and showed Mgr. who verified NO EXPIRY Date appears!
Using the app it's cumbersome and awful. Especially trying to specialize my order it was very difficult.
Unable to scan receipt after the waitress tells us that scanning the receipt is the only way to get rewards.

Used to be able to see how many points you had until your next reward. Now I can't tell if I'm close to earning a reward or not.

Unable to see rewards. Missed birthday reward because of this issue.
This is one of the best ways to place your order and keep track of what you like.

Love this app and its ease of ordering and the Beverly store is awesome!
The Home Run Inn app is very easy to use. I like that it keeps previous orders making it that much easier to reorder. And it keeps your favorite store, you don't have to search every time you use it.
