Home Savings Mobile Banking

Home Savings Bank is my number one choice when it comes to banking. I have never had a single problem with Home Savings, and I hope they continue their great efforts with customer service. I do wish the app had an enhanced and simplified theme/platform; it would surely make it user friendly for anyone. I would like to add that the mobile check deposit should definitely be upgraded. The app would not accept any of my photos, and I did everything step by step just like the app lists.

Not working at all. Asking for me to verify. Not taking the text messages I am sending back. Sending all calls to my voice mail. Very frstrating. Need bank balance and cannot get it.

It's so much easier to check the account balances. I relied on text messages and sometimes I forgot what the amount was for, especially being out and not carrying check book on me. Thank you.

App is easy to navigate. Love having check deposit via app. First and only bank I've been with, and there is no reason to bank anywhere else.

the only way to stop automatic payments is to notice when its scheduled within a day or two to come out. Relying on this app is dangerous...not enough information available about who is getting paid and when

Doesn't work like its supposed to. Mobile deposits have never worked for me. Every new update makes it worse. account notifications come days later! 😞

It's not the best banking app, it's pretty basic. And o encounter login problems regularly.

ive been using this app for over a year. they finially (as far as i can tell) got rid of the need to do things on the computer, so that they were on the app.

This app and bank have been absolutely phenomenal in the midst of this crisis. Thank you so much for support in this constantly changing world!

I give this app for stars just because it don't ever update you really never know if the balance is accurate other than that you could do a lot of stuff on this that I recommend giving it a try

The check deposit does NOT work. Tap the screen and nothing happens.

takes awhile to load while it opens. transactions dont appear in real time. purges of charges post at a time.
