I just started doing these excersizes at home. It is pretty cool. However, I wish there could be a voice controlling system arranged so that there would not be an essential clicking on the mobile screen while in the middle of practice. Some practices require both hands to be on ground Wish I had a third hand haha. Great job anyway. Regards

The levels are good. I prefer the hardest cause that will help me to gain more but the downside of the app is; it does not count down or next the exercise automatically and this makes the app awkward. Try adding this feature and I will rate 5 🌟

Great. Thank You for giving this app for free. It's helping us a lot to build muscles and strenght. Once upon a time I had gone to climb a mountain, after going 100 meters I gave up. Then I came back to home and doing excercise with the help of this app for 3 months. Then again went to same mountain and you can't believe that I climbed whole mountain for 2 times continuously. One of the best app for workout. I am using it since last 3 days and with 2-3 minutes of workout I start sweating. I am using this workout to stay fit as I have started gaining the belly since last month. I would suggest to add some workout diary or a graph and sync it with cloud storage like google drive or dropbox so that it gives the right idea of growth. Also, is it possible to focus different parts of body on different days of week? And what is the difference between paid and non-paid version? Do reply as it will help me and others to gain more through the app.

This was the first app i used back in 2019 to lose some weight because I've gained 3kg within 4months so I thought I have to do something. And it really helped me. Then Covid happened and after a few months of laying off I tried to workout again. Long story short, I got inconsistent from working out but I'm still maintaining my body (with a 50kg weight) through food. All in all it was a great app to use at home without equipment. 👊👍

Just the-worst workout program ever, full of adverticements and commercialities. Even while working out, you will not get the feeling that you are training with a coach out of it. Furthermore, feels like a automaton ordering you to do so. Working plans are extremely disorganised and no certain amount of rests. Worst, just the worst.

The app is a great app, if you can start with easy step 1 for all the exercises and progress daily. At first, you feel aches in your body but as you progress, the ache dissapear. When I started, my pot belly ached and burned within, as time prograsses, the belly starts reducing. You will sweat a lot, dont worry. It is advisable to take a lot of protein so as to replenish the tissues. I take 3-4 eggs daily for this purpose.

You will hardly find beter app out there. You can find 2 easy, 2 medium and 2 hard plans of exercise for whole body or just parts of body you want to focus on. If you don't feel like its for you, you can create custom 30 day plan easy. And best of all ITS ALL FREE. Yes there are ads but they will not interfere with the exercises. Also there are calculators like how many calories you need to take daily, calculate BMI, etc. Try it and you'll see how well you will feal after just 30 days

Well for a physical fitness app to help enhance your physical condition the app is pretty well developed. I my case I am in my 60's and have been fitness training since my 20's and I guess you can say it paid off because when I compare myself with others my age from a fit stand point of veiw I have not deterioated as obvious as many of them who did not stay fit in their earlier age. There still is no way to beat Father Time so there is a great difference in my health now as oppose to my youth.

Very primitive. Although you can set the rest time, you have to press the Next button to advance to the next exercise. You can’t create own set of exercises. Fails in every regard. There are MUCH better alternatives.

The app is ok with the ability to calculate how many calories burned and some tips on exercises, but I've got some issues with the workouts chosen for programs. I wanted to do an easy full body since I haven't worked out in a while and am a bit heavyset. Why is there 10 downward dog PUSHUPS on DAY 2 when only 3 normal were Day 1?! I got like 5 and then flubbed. What about people bigger than me who have barely worked out ever? Why would this be among the first few workouts?

It has good plans except that the increase in every day training is unrealistic, it starts with 15 counts at the first day then at the 5th day it requires you to get 45, at first it was very easy and now it's very hard I couldn't complete the intermediate plan and had to start again from the easy plan

I helps keep me motivated. My only issue is when you meat the end of the 30 days, they just keep adding more reps of the same exercise. 3 set of 70 on lunges, squats, downward dog push ups.....it get a little monotonous, and it's hard on my knees.

They are always sharing your activities with Facebook even if you did not allow them to do so. They even do not have any privacy policy addressing this data issue. Other than that, I love this app.
