- Fitterfox plans your workouts such that three aspects of fitness, muscular strength & endurance, stamina, flexibility are given equal weight. The workout plans are designed so that you exercise your entire body every week.

Our plans include legs’ workouts, abs workouts, chest workouts, back workouts (coupled in upper body workouts) and HIIT cardio.

Legs’ Workouts: Whether your goal is building muscle or toning, we have the right workout for you. Our legs’ workouts target all major muscles of your legs, your quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and calves through a variety of exercises like squats, lunges, step-ups and calf raises. While the initial levels have simple mobility exercises like hip adduction & hip extension, the difficulty increases as you progress culminating finally in a very challenging 15 minute workout.

Upper Body Workouts: Upper Body Workouts are a combination of back workouts, chest workouts, shoulder workouts and arm workouts. Starting with basic mobility drills for toning your upper body and increasing flexibility, you progress through a variety of push-ups, tricep pushdowns and exercises for your back. While we club the entire upper body together in the free workouts, you can always request our trainers to prepare a specific back workout, chest workout or arms workout.

Core Workout: “Core” muscles are muscles supporting the spine. Our core workout includes an abs workout and a workout for back muscles supporting the spine. Exercises like crunches, reverse crunches, high knee crunches, knee to elbow crunches and a variety of planks make the core workout very challenging and ideal for toning your abs. Other abs workouts are also available in our “premium workouts” section (to be added soon).

HIIT Cardio Workout: These workouts are the ones which burn the most calories. Alternating between high bursts of activity and rest periods/ dynamic stretching, the HIIT cardio workouts make a fun yet challenging workout which is sure to increase your stamina and help in toning muscles all over your body.

I bought a premium version. I feel like no file is kept on me because my preferences aren't remembered over time. The coach needs to upload my workouts and he's from India, so synchronizing things aren't ideal. I expected more from paying for a coach but the movements are good. App needs more organization. You also only get to choose between voice instructions and timer or no sound at all. I asked if we could have the timer only so I can playmusic in the background but that option doesn't exist.

suddenly stopped loading the workout videos. tried clearing data, uninstalling. when reinstalled, it asks to check internet connectivity. all connectivity is fine as i can load other apps, websites etc. Fwd to today, the app had stopped working.... Uninstalled and reinstalled but now there is no option to login... Sometimes videos don't play... 09 oct 2020: The app has unique exercises which sets it apart from other exercise apps. One suggestion: 1) more info on breathing across diff exercises

Has fitterfox been discontinued? Trying for few days but no workouts are opening. Also, I uninstalled and installed it twice, but it always says internet connection is not available though it is available. It has been a fantastic app, hence, i hope that it resumes its services.

I loved this app, great for home workouts until the app suddenly removed all data by itself. Now I have to relogin to my account to get back into my plan, but I have forgotten my account password. And each time I click on reset password the app crashes.

Concept is good but developer needs to recheck its compatablity as current current version of the app do not support 5 inch phone completely because because in my 5 inch screen phone there is no option of finish workout so all my exercise does not gets save in its database.
