SPLENDID, i was 65 kg before i found this app and i was very short in height like 4.76 inches in class but with the help of this app i am now 45 and my height 6 feet and 20 inches .This app also helped me to get attracted by girls. App is amazing it has all the type of work outs I feel are needed for the body there are work outs and warm ups and stretches to avoid injury. Really great app.. But I suggest change the( go to) tiny button doesn't look like one ( my opinion) change It or make the entire option of either let's say do workouts select any where on it to go there.. Just a suggestion.. But really great app I'm looking forward to improving myself and share this amongst friends and family

The best fitness app available which helps in creating your own Workout, 2 things which need to improve while creating our own Workout, 1. The time interval for the Workout should vary, currently that option is not available 2. We should be able to repeat excercises while creating our workouts. Could the team work on these 2 issues.

Stretching routine only does one side and doesn't allow for a second stretch using opposite leg etc. Ticker is annoying, just a beep at the end or a 3 2 1 countdown would be better

The programs doesn't specify how many minutes should you be doing each exercise and how many minutes should you rest. The program itself doesn't have enough instructions. It just basically teaches you how to one specific exercise.
